The condo also boasts an inviting living area with vaulted ceilings, carpeted floors, a gas fireplace for winter days, and a large smart TV with streaming and cable services. When you don't feel like going out and would rather spend a cozy evening at home, there is no better spot than this one! However, if you do feel like taking advantage of your location, why not visit the community outdoor pool for a refreshing splash or the shared hot tub for a rejuvenating soak? Then, come back home to shower and treat yourself to a much-deserved meal. The kitchen has everything needed to whip up everything that comes to mind, from a full-course homemade meal to quick snacks on the go. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras in the home.
Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.
Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
