Thank you Angie for your comment! We appreciate you staying with us and would definitely welcome you back in any of our properties! As pool and water temperatures is something that everyone has different preferences it is hard to make every guest happy. Anyway, One day two days or a month reservation we always treat our guest the same. Simple request and we will make it happen. Thank you for staying with us again and looking forward to you and your family visit this beautiful state again !

Lisa, thank you for your review. However we must address a few things. The pool table is standard size which is showed in the listing. The grass was moved the week of your arrival. You stayed during the very rainy season. In a humid tropical setting, when it rains, everything including the grass grows an an exponential rate. There is weekly on time scheduled maintenance for the pool. I have time stamped photos from the pool company to prove this, including pictures. Regarding beds being firmit is a matter of preference. Many of our previous guests loved them so much they even asked where we bought the mattresses so they can purchase them selves. Throughout your entire stay, there was no communication from you that there was anything possibly wrong, or that you had any issues which could’ve been addressed right away as we are local and respond right away. All the kitchen utensils were certainly clean. Again I have photos from my cleaners supporting this. We have a counter ice maker for our guests which produces a full load within 10 minute and the reason for this is due to guests not being familiar how to switch to ice mode on the refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need during your vacation. Regarding the “cheap” furniture, everything is a matter of preference as well. The purpose of the fence is to have your pets securely enclosed in the yard. The necessary repairs were made between guests after the hurricane to ensure it is fully enclosed.

Thank you Heidi! It was a pleasure to host you.
