The Space:

This condo has been completely remodel with endless storage and built ins making your stay very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked making any home cooked meal

a joy. The outside lanai has beautiful views of the gardens and the bay across the way - perfect for catching sunsets.

Amenities are part of the Private Club- All guests must be registered to be able to enjoy the amenities. Fees are as follows;



Nov 1 to May 31

Registration $250 plus $60 Daily Resort Fees (covers everyone staying at the condo)



June 1 to October 31,

Registration $150 plus $50 Daily Resort Fees.

All fees are paid directly to The Club.



Guest Access:

Guest must register with The Club at arrival.



Resort access gives you full enjoyment of 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna, steam, locker rooms, tennis, & gym. In addition, a private spa for members only, members lounge and restaurant and so much more.

Come enjoy this incredible design which includes a family pool with zero gravity, a lazy river fun for all ages, lap pool for the serious swimmer and an adult pool located in an adult only area for peaceful setting with an expansive new sun deck area. Located pool side is the Blue Water Grill. Inside, the new Top Golf Swing Suite lets you try baseball, football, and soccer. The large gym with the latest Techno equipment Aldo provides a Peloton bike facility. As a member, you can enjoy the private full service Spa. The Tennis Center has six Har-Tru courts and lessons available during your stay.

Free Shuttle service will take you to 5th Ave, 3rd Street and Pier Beach. Beach towels provided.
