Great home!

We loved this place. Great decor, very comfortable (beds as well). Great location, so were able to walk everywhere and had great weather during our stay. We were able to relax in the adorable outdoor patio too. The hosts were so nice and on top of everything. Would definitely love to come back here.

Pleasant Stay in Tempe

Wonderful home and location

The property was exactly as shown and described in the listing. The neighborhood, at the edge of ASU, was quiet and comfortable, with easy walking distance to downtown Tempe. The owners were incredibly responsive! We look forward to visiting next year!

Friends’ weekend

We love this place. This is our second year staying here and we will hopefully be back. The area is so walkable, with a great restaurant a block away. Jason, the host, checks in with you frequently and is very fast responding to questions. This VRBO is very clean and well stocked. Highly recommended!!

Adorable Retreat in Downtown Tempe

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location and we were able to walk to Cartel Coffee in the morning and to Casey Moores Oyster House for dinner. This VRBO was stocked with basic essentials to get us started. Very clean as well. We’ll be back!

Great location, great house!

Jason was a great host, let us check in early and very prompt with communication. The house itself was very clean and had the comfiest beds ever!!! Walking distance to pubs, shopping, and a convenience store! Would definitely recommend!

Convenient Location

Location perfect for visiting ASU

Great quiet location within a short walk to ASU! Updated, clean duplex with a small fenced in backyard; loved the string lights in the evenings. Nice decorative touches throughout. Communication with the host was smooth and check out requirements were the easiest we've ever seen. We would definitely stay here again.

I am a scientist by education and sales representative by trade. My wife and I chose hosting travelers because of our passion for hospitality and love of Tempe!

Our son became a Sun Devil in the fall of 2021. Since then, we fell in love with Tempe and wanted to a place to visit when we leave Southern California for the beautiful Arizona desert.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Maple-Ash dates back to 1935. The neighborhood is made up of cozy homes, abundant trees that grace the neighborhood such as: cork oak, plane tree, orchid tree, ash tree, Aleppo pine and Chinese pistachio. These trees of Historic Maple-Ash District are home to a variety of beautiful birds. While being nestled in the peace of Maple-Ash, you are so close to the nightlife of Mill Ave. As you walk to get coffee from Cartel’s in the morning, you will hear the birds chirping in the trees that shade your walk. When you walk at night, you will see those same trees lit by string lights that brighten the neighborhood. ASU is a few blocks from this neighborhood which also gives this place an energetic and positive place to be!
