Great communication with host. Kitchen had everything we needed & the bottled water & seltzer left in the refrigerator for us was so appreciated after a long day of travel. One of the nicest showers in a rental we’ve ever had - loved the rain shower! Walkable to Whole Foods & restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Safe, Quiet area close to downtown Tempe and only 15 minutes away to Phoenix area. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Couldn't have been anymore perfect!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We were in Tempe for a conference at ASU and found this lodging just perfect. Easy to walk to where we needed to go, nice neighborhood and easy communication with the hosts.

Perfect little spot near the campus!

We loved our stay in this perfect little spot in Tempe! House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were so comfortable, would love to stay again if we come back to the area! Thanks so much to our great hosts!

Great home!

We loved this place. Great decor, very comfortable (beds as well). Great location, so were able to walk everywhere and had great weather during our stay. We were able to relax in the adorable outdoor patio too. The hosts were so nice and on top of everything. Would definitely love to come back here.

Pleasant Stay in Tempe

The rental is very clean and has an ironing board + iron, board games, two nice bathrooms, and plenty of appliances in the kitchen. I enjoyed my stay and you will too

Wonderful home and location

The property was exactly as shown and described in the listing. The neighborhood, at the edge of ASU, was quiet and comfortable, with easy walking distance to downtown Tempe. The owners were incredibly responsive! We look forward to visiting next year!

Friends’ weekend

We love this place. This is our second year staying here and we will hopefully be back. The area is so walkable, with a great restaurant a block away. Jason, the host, checks in with you frequently and is very fast responding to questions. This VRBO is very clean and well stocked. Highly recommended!!

Great location, great house!

Jason was a great host, let us check in early and very prompt with communication. The house itself was very clean and had the comfiest beds ever!!! Walking distance to pubs, shopping, and a convenience store! Would definitely recommend!

Adorable Retreat in Downtown Tempe

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location and we were able to walk to Cartel Coffee in the morning and to Casey Moores Oyster House for dinner. This VRBO was stocked with basic essentials to get us started. Very clean as well. We’ll be back!

Convenient Location

We had an excellent visit to Tempe. The Maple-Ash home was perfect place for four adults and our pet. Very conviene location for restaurants, groceries, and hockey games. Thanks for a great experience!

Location perfect for visiting ASU

Great quiet location within a short walk to ASU! Updated, clean duplex with a small fenced in backyard; loved the string lights in the evenings. Nice decorative touches throughout. Communication with the host was smooth and check out requirements were the easiest we've ever seen. We would definitely stay here again.
