Highly recommend, the ocean view is beautiful and only steps to the water. The condo was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults, had everything we needed.

Love Gulf Shores

The beds were great. The furniture was exceptionally clean and i loved the leather recliner. Kitchen supplies were as expected but skillet wasnt flat. The door alerts were new to us but i liked them. We would stay here again.

Perfect spot

Location is great. The amenities at the resort are ideal. The workout facility is better than what you see at most high end hotels. The convenience store across the street has most items you need. The local is close to everything. The resort is quiet overall.

Beach Vacation

My Family and I stayed here on our weekend beach getaway and to say we loved the condo was an understatement. Upon arrival everything was clean and neat. The condo looks just as it does in the pictures. We had no issues while there, so we had no reason to contact the host. The balcony was definitely our favorite spot to sit and relax after a day at the beach and also in the morning while having breakfast. We overall enjoyed the condo and our time there. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Gulf Shores again…..10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!

Great trip - nice condo

The place was nice. We like that location and building. Pool was way too cold. Hated smoking on balcony by other tenant. Wish it could be controlled. Condo was beautiful. Baseboards need some cleaning attention. But very clean otherwise. we had to figure things out for ourselves like key entrance ( late in sending me text) and tv . Said no blow dryer but there was. These are just my observations. All in all, it was a great trip. Thank you.

Overall great vacation. Great location. Few hiccups, there weren't very good instructions on how to lock the condo door or how to use the beach fob for the gate to the beach. Towards the last day the condo door would not lock so my dad stayed behind and the gate to the beach was broke as well.When we got into the condo the first night we did not have bedding for the pull out bed and the microwave did not work, the next day they bought us a new one that sat on the counter. And the following day without a text or heads up two workers entered our condo to replace our dryer. My dad came in from the balcony to find them in there. Then the next day while we were out a received a call asking if they could come back in because the new dryer was for another condo not ours. I have to say it's a little unnerving that people can come into your condo without your knowledge.

Perfection- great location, comfy beds, amazing view

This listing for Crystal Shores was exactly as described, and I could not be more happy with our stay. The unit has the perfect balcony to watch the sunset and get sun all day. It was a little chilly down by the water (we were there in early March), but it was hot on the balcony! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfy. The unit was decorated nicely and even had some games for the family to play. We had a couple of interactions with the property management company and they were very responsive and helped us right away. The elevators were fast, the building has a great workout room overlooking the gulf and a sauna. The location is perfect- it was far enough away from all the hustle and bustle, but very close to all the things. The building felt safe and secure. The pool area is small, but it is still nice and plenty of chairs to sit on. They have a grilling area on the east side of the building and the assigned parking spot was great. Make sure to bring your fobs with you because you will need them to access the pool and beach area to enter and exit. The first day we were there we couldn't figure out how to gain access, but the next day I asked a random person (who is a year-round resident and extremely nice & helpful) and they showed me what we were doing wrong. The fob needs to be placed over the number 8 where the little internet symbol is. We will be going back and hope to be able to stay in this unit again.

The condo itself was clean and as described. Some of the property amenities looked dirty and needed an overall deep clean. We enjoyed our stay but disappointed with the photos we viewed as to amenities vs what we actually had access to. There are 2 towers, and East and West. This detail is not made clear when looking to rent. When we viewed our condo it had pictures of big pool and with a child this was important to us. Well that bigger pool is in the West tower only seperated by a small area and fence. Literally looking at it from the tiny East tower pool. When I called to ask about the gate fobs working for the bigger pool we were told you could only use amenities in the tower you were renting. The agent I spoke with had no information about either tower and could not answer or help with my concerns, nor did she care. Once I reported the false advertising (photos) for this condo they were corrected on VRBO showing the proper pools. It was very disappointing and the agent could care less, all she could do is repeat the same line over and over. If I'm going to pay the amount of money I did for a place then the information should be clear or adjustments should be made but they didn't care. Between the false advertising, lack of knowledge and no concern it told me what I needed and i will not go back to endure disappointment in a property. I looked at the property before posting and the photos are correct now but after the fact didn't benefit me.
