This meticulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is a beautiful all ground level home full of charm and appeal. Guest are delighted with this homes ease of access inside and out. The main house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with an adjoining 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest apartment.

The back of this home offers a secluded tropical vibe, a large patio and private heat optional pool; perfect for a vacation full of rest and relaxation.

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

- Parking: STRICT 2 cars + 1 boat trailer may be parked in front of the house

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Family vacation

House was perfect for the 6 of us. We had a great time swimming, fishing, and cooking. Everything is close by and I would highly recommend this property.

Great house with everything you need!

The house location is great and canal was good for our boat. The beds are very comfortable. The pool house was nice for added privacy. It was decorated tastefully and the updated kitchen was very nice.

Immaculate home away from home

Beautiful property inside and out. Very private outdoor space. We saw many Manatees, including a baby, right at our dock. Easy access to both the Atlantic and Gulf.

Unfortunate timing

The property itself was wonderful. That week unfortunately they were adding pylons at the end of the street so there was a constant pounding starting early in the morning all day. The only improvement I would suggest would be having a keyless entry at the back door Queen bedroom

Marathon trip

Very clean home. The agent was attentive and contacted us the week we were flying in. In addition, we had a very early flight and they were very understanding about the laundry.

Just an fyiWe rented this house a couple of years agoIt was a disappointment. Process never warm Hot tub only got warm after 5 and we couldn’t put it in during the day. ( No bubbles during the day)We paid for it but it was never good Some type of bugs are I. The house. We all got little bites The furniture is in poor shape and beds make tons of noise. Pillows are horrible. Master bathroom toilet runs all day long. Never stops - very annoying at nightOutside furniture is cracking and breaking. Cushions are horrible No sheet pans or mixer in kitchenI am attaching pictures. For the money we paid it’s a not worth it. I would like to be reimbursed for the heating pool fee with my security deposit. Hopefully this helps you and you can make this rental better. Sincerely Christine

Family vacation

This house was perfect We rated a boat and had easy access to the 7 mile bridge. The house has everything. We rent houses all the time but this one had all the little extras in the kitchen and for the pool. 5 stars!

Clean, Secluded, Waterfront

Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The description is accurate, inside & out. Pool, hot tub, & ocean were great. Home & furnishings are modern & beds were comfy. This was home base for trips to 3 National Parks & was conveniently located between them. We enjoyed the pool & ocean on our “down” days. Check-in was slightly antiquated in that you had to pick up & return the keys at a rental office, but it was nearby & a quick process. I would definitely recommend this place!

Marathon pool house

Property was very nice and the pool was well enjoyed by my granddaughter. She was in it several times a day. Everything was neat and clean. The check in and out process was easy and efficient. i would defiantly rent another property for any fugitive vacations from you. The only negative I have was that the unattached bedroom has a musty smell to it according to my daughter. There were 2 or 3 buckets of a mildew removing granules in the room so I guess that was brought up before. I have a similar issue with my summer place on the lake with the high humidity being near the water.

Very nice, had a problem with grill and dishwasher rack, they were very prompt in fixing or problems. Only negative is I didnt understand paying for a cleanining fee whenI felt I was expected to do most of the bedding and towels so they only had to do 3 loads of laundry, I feel this should have been mentioned when renting because it wasnt that big of a deal. Definitely would come back here. Highly recommend this rental. I'd ate rhis as a 4.5 out of 5

Enjoyed our annual vacation to Marathon.

House was very clean with the exception.of the dishes. We learned later the dishwasher was broken and they replaced immediately. Cozy home. It is a little smaller of a home and pool than the pictures might make it look. Butnit worked fine for our group. We had 5 people. It was a little odd to have to go to the pool you have to go around the outside of the house or go through a bedroom. There wasnt a view from the kitchen or living area to the pool or canal which was a little bit odd. Decor is well done. Beds are basic and ok. Laundry room was fantastic! Boat dock and canal concerned us. We brought a 25' boat and were not sure how anyone would be able to get around our boat when docked. The canal is very narrow. We were lucky I guess the other two homes down the canal were not occupied. Good location to get out to the Ocean quickly. All in all it was a very good vacation. We enjoyed having the pool after a long day put in the boat.

Beautiful waterfront house in a quiet neighborhood

Gorgeous, well-kept house and property on the waterfront with dock. The house is well shaded and the trees and landscaping surrounding the grounds give the property a tropical oasis feel. The house is well equipped if you like to cook your own meals, like we do. The inside of the house is comfortable and the furniture and decor is beautiful. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. The dock was great - we had our boat with us - but even without a boat there is a lot of wildlife to see just by sitting on the dock. We saw a manatee come by one day, tons of fish, birds, and mangrove jellies. Overall, a lovely property and experience. The AC stopped working towards the end of the week and the management company had a repairman come out that day to fix it, which we really appreciated. Two things that might be improved should the management company wish to consider it: provide grill tools, including a way to clean the grill; update the check-in/check-out procedure so guests don't need to pick up and drop off keys at another location from the house (this was a bit tricky for those of us trailering a boat). I would definitely recommend this rental and I would come back. It's really wonderful!

We keep many of those items in inventory in our office and could have made arrangements to bring them you. Many of our homes do have a keyless entry option, but since all of our homes are indivually owned, keys vs. electronic locks is up to the discretion of the property owner not the management company. The house was, beautiful, comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us. After checking in and unpacking, we discovered there were only 2 wash cloths in one of the bathrooms, and 0 wash cloths in the master bedroom, along with just 2 towels. Being it was a Saturday, we weren't sure if we would hear back from the Host (and we didnt hear back from her until Monday morning) fortunately we found extra cloths and towels in the guest house. The email we received the week of our vacation, stated they would provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for our stay and we would need to provide the rest along with trashbags, and extra papertowels if needed. Also, only 4 diswasher tabs and 4 laundry pods were provided for our week stay. There was salt & pepper in the cupboard, but that was it. No extra spices for cooking/grilling, etc. When Leslie finally returned my call on Monday morning about towels and washcloths, she seemed annoyed by my voicemail and said she would get some towels, etc but we would have to pick them up at the office instead of her dropping them off. There was no apology. In stead of buying a package of laundry pods, we stopped at the laundromat and bought just a few pods. We enjoyed this house and the location, but feel management was not very "cordial", and should reconsider some of their policies. Since we had to purchase extra soap, toilet paper, papertowels, etc, rather than leaving any extras, we gave it all away. Disappointed with those things, we give 3 stars
