Great 4th of July in Traverse

We truly enjoyed our stay this beautiful well stocked unit. Well kept, neat, tidy. Short walk to the Cherry Festival and the beach, faster to walk downtown Traverse than to drive and park. Highly recommend for families.

Amazing view

Beautiful condo with an amazing view. Condo had everything we needed and plenty of room for 3 adult couples. It was centrally located to everything we had planned in the Traverse City area. Would definitely stay again if we travel up north again.

Perfect Spot

The condo was spacious, clean, and located within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, markets, ice cream and the beach. Once the road construction is completed this location will be even better. The kitchen was perfect for family dinners. The bedrooms were quiet and cozy. The kids already want to go back.

Traverse City on The Water

We loved the place and location! Easy street parking for the 2nd vehicle, walking distance to the park and downtown. Just one minor suggestion to put hooks for towels on the doors, we had 4 people sharing the main bathroom and it would have helped. Other than that, we'll be back!!!

I think this property had only one review. In short, it's great. I was a little worried about the lack of reviews. However, the building is new, the interior is new, and the experience was the best I've ever had at a rental property. In short, look no further.

Neighbors are too loud

Outside of the fact that our neighbors above kept us up most of the night and we called the concierge before the trip 4 times and did not receive a call back, it was nice.

Good location for walking

The location of this property was good for walking into town for shopping and dining. The communication through the app was horrible. I never received a message back on any of my questions. The place looked nice, but the construction seems poor. The walls are paper thin. You could hear everything through the walls/doors of our own place. We could hear the people walking above us. Our balcony had sand all over the ground and the cobwebs were not cleared on the balcony. Our place was advertised as penthouse, but it wasn’t on the top floor. Fortunately we could see through the trees to the water, but depending on the location of the condo, some might not be able to see through the trees to the water. Also, the parking spots are really small and the lines aren’t clear. One night we couldn’t fit into our spot. Fortunately there were open spots on the street. I wanted to share all this info for the next person who rents so they have more detailed information. Also, all this being said, we enjoyed our stay. None of this ruined our trip. We would rent it again.
