Great place to stay for Siesta Key vacation

We had a nice time at this property. Great location, very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Communication with the owner was very good, we had no issues but had quick responses leading up to the trip and also upon our check in. Would stay again for sure!

Vacation Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the place was exactly as advertised! Was in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet close enough to restaurants and the beach! Screened in back porch was our favorite place to hang to have morning coffee and evening drinks! Place was very clean and communication with host was quick would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

Great location and home for our July 4th weekend in Sarasota. Only a few minutes drive to the beach and comes with beach umbrella, chairs and cooler. Very clean and great communication with the host.

A short but sweet stay

Such a charming property located in a nice neighborhood! We only stayed for two nights to visit with friends that were staying in the Sarasota area and this home offered everything we needed to enjoy our short getaway. Cynthia has added some special details to make her guests comfortable and it is well stocked with the necessities. Plus, it's close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Would absolutely stay again!

Sweet Sarasota Stay

Our stay was exactly as the property was described and highlighted. It was our first time in Sarasota, the property was a very short drive to beautiful Siesta Beach for sunsets. The property hostess is a fabulous communicator and was a step ahead of us on all of our needs. I HIGHLY recommend this property, and we completely enjoyed our stay. Won’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Sarasota.

Beach Getaway

Comfortable, clean, spacious and convenient. Was able to enjoy air-conditioned as well as outdoor space. Going out to eat or cooking in and grilling. We were able to visit 4 different beaches from this one location: Nokomis, Turtle, Siesta Key and Lido Beaches. Close to several farmers markets, restaurants, ice cream shops and goodwill shops! Great location.

Beaches and Baseball

We were looking for a place to stay that would be a short drive to Siesta Beach, and to baseball stadiums in Bradenton, Sarasota, and North Port to watch the Atlanta Braves in preseason. It was exactly what we wanted. Also lots of great restaurants in the area. We didn't have enough time to do it all! We'll be back!

First Guests

We were the first guests in Cynthia's house! As such, she requested suggestions and we provided a few minor ones to which she was very responsive and positive. The location is perfect for Siesta Key, dining and going to Venice. We bicycled several times on the nearby Legacy Trail and generally had a great time. The backyard is super for after dark drinks and stargazing. We hope to return next season. Thanks Cynthia

Best VRBO rental yet! This home is nicely appointed with flat screens in both bedrooms and the living room. Numerous electrical outlets that are multi output types for USB charging. Nice size living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and dedicated dining area. The single full bathroom has a nice and clean shower. The only electrical outlet on the light fixture above the mirror is covered though. The screen lanai is perfect for lounging and is nicely shaded from sun rise to sunset,has a ceiling fan, and a retractable close line to hang wet beach towels. My sons loved the backyard space where we played frisbee and used the hammock to relax. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off too. The washer and dryer is new looking, worked well, and is in its own dedicated room outside next to the screened lanai. The kitchen has a nice flat top stove, full-size fridge, and lots of cookware that is new. The kitchen is stocked well with dining ware. I rated the master bed comfiness 6 out of 10....my opinion. My sons rated the twin bed comfiness 7 and 8 out of 10. The cleanliness rating for the entire home is a 10! Host communication was great and Cynthia provided a lot of helpful info regarding items in her rental. I will definitely try to rent again if it is available when I am in the Sarasota area as it is close to the beach and areas of interest!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It really feels like a home. You can opt to stay in, relax in the backyard, enjoy some down time or work remotely, very comfortably. You can explore the town and take a 7-minute drive to the beach and sun bathe all day. You can dine at night as the neighborhood has amazing restaurants! You are only a 20-minute drive or so to downtown. I recently gave the house a face lift and painted both the inside and outside, did some landscaping, and completely renovated bathroom (with new pipes).
