-Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is the perfect place to stay any time of year.
- Soak in the Hot tub while you soak in the lake views!!

This adorable lake home welcomes you with gorgeous views of all sports Lake Orion. It has one bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and office space. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with lake views and a private full bathroom with a standup shower and a soaking tub. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 1 set of full over full bunk beds. The two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a standup shower. The living room is spacious and has a large sectional couch, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, amazing views of the lake and a large 70 inch TV with Apple TV. The multi-tiered back deck boasts 180 degree views of the lake, an outdoor dining table, a sectional couch, a propane fire table and a newly added 6 person hot tub! Whether you love swimming, fishing, ice skating or relaxing. This home has something for everyone all year long!

There is no smoking in our home. If you choose to smoke please do so on the back deck and not in the driveway and clean up any cigarette butts.

Respect quiet hours from 10PM-8AM, noise carries on the water and we don't want our guests disrupting our neighbors.

No parties or events are allowed. Parking is limited to 4 cars. Our home is meant for small groups and families and is in a quiet neighborhood.

Family Wedding in Michigan

Great place to stay. Property owner does the little extras of beach towels for hot tub, blankets in living room to snuggle by fireplace and toys for kids. Very clean, excellent view.

Lake Orion Oasis

Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Lake Orion cottage. Our hosts had many special touches, including complimentary drinks and snacks, bedroom sound machines, high tech coffee maker and more! The outside area is fantastic! Our family would highly recommend this VRBO!

Best Lakeview Best Hosts

The four bedroom home was so accommodating for our family. It had every amenity you could think of and more. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Anything we needed was immediately attended to. I am a long time user of Vrbo and this was by far the best rental experience ever thank you Jamie and Ryan!

Absolutely Perfect Place To Stay!

My family and I have stayed at vacation lake houses every year on the west side of the state, this was our first trip to the middle part of Michigan. And this was without a doubt the best place we stayed. It was all the comfort and hominess of up north, with all the conveniences of being close to everything. The home was perfect in every way. The beach had great fishing and the swimming. The bottom was sandy and not all muddy like at so many places we've stayed. The hot-tub was a great way to relax every night and the views of the lake we're stunning. I highly recommend staying here. If there's an opening TAKE IT. Honestly, I hate giving this place such a great review because it might encourage too many folks to book it and we'll end up missing out next year :)
