Stellar Stay

The property was very nice! Big open family space downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs with small gaming area. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and dinnerware for an extended stay. It was really nice having the community pool directly across the street. Although this is a split house with other occupants, we didn't even know they existed. The only thing I would mention is that the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are quite steep and the stair itself was short, so this could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. The host was very responsive with any questions we had regarding the property.

Very good with some "althoughs"...

Starting with Shawn, he was a great host, very easy to communicate and always very accomodating to our special requests. Now, the house was exactly as shown on the listing, it was exactly what we needed, but something that could have been explained is that the house was somehow split in 2 and there was another family living there, entering via the backyard. They did not bother us at all, but it would have been nice to know that. Also had a few 6 legged visitors that we had to take care of, never a nice thing, but I blame it on the heat, Houston was scalding! The house we lived on was clean enough, not a big cause for the "visitors". Despite that, can't complain at all, it was very close to the office, stores, restaurants and a good value for money.

Well managed

sean was a great manager. I'm also a VRBO host and so I can recognize when someone has everything under control. Sean stayed in touch throughout and was immediately responsive to inquiries. Location was perfect for us as close to our son/daughter-in-law/granddaughter. We will be back

Thanksgiving weekend

This is my third time to stay here. Very convenient to my family. It’s clean and very comfortable. The shower is amazing and water is hot! Shawn is always checking on us and makes himself readily available. This was the first time I cooked meals at the property and it had everything I needed. Will continue to come back.

Memorial Weekend

It’s my second time to stay at this VRBO. Another great experience. Meets my needs. This time I was alone and felt completely safe. Very convenient location. Will definitely use again next time I come to visit family.

Recent stay

Shawn was very receptive to any questions I had. Checked in on us daily to make sure we were satisfied. He was very easy to work with when my arrival date was needing to be pushed back a day due to ice storm that hit my area where I live. The property was very nice to stay at and made me feel safe and at home. Location was great and close to my family. Target was just around the corner to pick up some food. And ate at a wonderful restaurant close by, First Watch. Overall, very pleased with this VRBO experience as it was my first time and did not know what to expect. Highly recommend! I plan to stay here again with all my next trips to Houston.
