LAKE TOWN WHARF - 13th floor 1 bedroom 2 bath / sleeps 6

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located PCBch resort.

Easy beach access, shopping and dining. Front lake view entrance overlooks city golf course, main patio deck has direct view of the beach and gulf.

King Master with full bath. Bunk with full size bed on the bottom with 2nd full bath.
The space
The 2nd tier stack (13th floor) floor at Laketown Wharf is down at the south end and has easier access and better views of the gulf. The entry side overlooks the Signal Hill Golf course and back circular pool.

The bunk room has a full size bed suitable for sleeping two.

Note - the resort charges a $85 fee for parking and admin fees payable when picking up the wristbands.

Absolutely beautiful condo, great place for families! Condo had almost everything you need! Plenty of blankets! Walmart is across the street and can walk to! Owner was amazing and very communicative! Only issues were it was mid summer and packed! Which is everywhere!

Everything was absolutely amazing! The Condo was amazing, clean had everything we needed. In a great spot for walking to different things. Amazing!

Great View

Property is great several pools and a quick walk to the beach. The room is all you can ask for the bed was comfortable and the view from the back is just as impressive as the balcony facing the gulf. The elevators were slow but for it to be July 4th weekend that was to be expected.

SPRING BREAK

Clean, roomy the pullout sleeper sofa was a plus. The security of the Wharf was a huge plus as our high school Senior daughter was comfortable walking to the room everynight.

Spring Break vacation

We really enjoyed staying at the property. Looked exactly like the pictures. Owner did a great job communicating with me. Could have been cleaned a little better before check in, but no big deal. It was small things like bathroom floor not swept and mopped and crumbs on the cabinet. Nothing that took me more than 5 minutes to take care of myself. Will be booking again.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at LTW, very nice condo, great restaurants on the property and beautiful beach across the street. The elevators were an issue - one was always down and there are not enough of them based on the size of the property. Otherwise great stay.
