Wonderful Stay in "Life Is But A Dream"

Incredible stay! Right off the square. Easy access to everything. Comfy beds, beautifully furnished, plenty of bathrooms/showers/mirrors, great lighting! There are a lot of stairs which were hilarious trying to get luggage up and down but otherwise an ideal space and I would definitely book again and recommend to others!

Prime location, great house!

Spent the week with 2 adults and 4 teenagers at this location. Great property, very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Prime location!

Charming Courtyard Beachhouse

Beautiful home

The home is stunning and newly updated. It’s close to everything and the main area in Seaside is a two minute walk. The HOA President lives next door and harassed us from day 2 and almost everyday after. Parking two vehicles is difficult here. I would never stay here again because of the way we were treated by the HOA President.

Tammy, we are glad you were able to enjoy the great location 303 Ruskin offers in Seaside. While we can understand your frustrations with the HOA, you failed to mention why they were keeping a close eye on the home. The HOA was on alert after we were made aware that your children were climbing from balcony to balcony (trespassing on other people's property) trying to get to the roof and were flipping all furniture upside down. After multiple complaints, we had to call the cops to give a warning to you and your children and the HOA was made aware. We are thankful for the HOA keeping a close eye on the home after they had been notified of various complaints. There are certainly many rental homes to choose from along 30A and we wish you many more happy memories at another home.

Very disappointed

In summary, this home was not prepared for us to check in. From the moment we entered there were obvious areas that were dirty and out of place. Black mold in the bathroom shower, sand still on the floor from the previous renter, and bedsheets not changed from the previous renters. The parking situation is not ideal for two cars. Only enough room for one and the management company is not helpful in finding a solution except to say you can park one of your cars down at Greyton Beach. Miles away.in addition to the

Great location. Beautiful home. Great layout. Terrible neighbors. Very difficult to park 2 cars.

We had a great time overall. The location in Seaside is great and we love how it’s on the little park. The layout is perfect for a larger group with different ages, as there are 3 separate living spaces inside & 2 outside! The kitchen is updated and well equipped. It is very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We did have a few issues, however. 1. The neighbor to the right (who apparently is the President of the HOA) is very rude and inconsiderate as noted in another review. 2. A large golf cart that we weren’t allowed to use took up a lot of the very limited parking making it very difficult to park 2 cars on the property. 3. The dryer was very slow to dry (had to be reset multiple times). 4. There is no way to come in or leave from the first floor because you can't lock the doors from the outside except the one on the second floor deck. That meant that we couldn't even come in or go out onto the park area which made it a pain. This would be so easily solved by adding a lock with a keypad on one of the first floor doors on the park side. 5. There were no chairs to sit out on the back of the house overlooking the park. Again, easily fixable with an inexpensive pair of Adirondack chairs like the property to the left of this one. 6. Pickleball court time is NOT included, which was not stated in advance and ended us costing us quite a bit of money. We would have liked to know this in advance.

Hi! Thank you for your review. The neighbor reached out to our company to let us know that guests in your party were jumping from roof to roof and were indeed violating HOA rules which could ultimately lead to an eviction. Rather than them going in that direction, they asked us to reach out to you directly to remedy the situation. As for the pickleball courts, under the 'Seaside Community Highlights' portion of the 303 Ruskin Place property page on our website, it does state that tennis and pickleball courts are pay as you play so that we avoid any surprise fees for guests. A golf cart is permanently parked at the home, but there is parking space for 2 vehicles which is stated on the property page on our website. Thank you for letting us know of the dryer issues as well as your suggestion for a keypad on the first floor and seating overlooking the park. We will certainly pass this information along to our team.
