DeweyBeach 2BR Ground Floor Condo. Family-Friendly, quiet, clean, walk to beach!

Lower prices on Air B n B ! This charming, 2-bedroom ground floor condominium is located bayside of Coastal Hwy in the south side of Dewey Beach. The HOA maintains a clean, relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. From the condo you'll be able to walk to the beach in just ~4 minutes! The max occupancy of the unit is 6 persons at all times. Each of the 2 bedrooms features queen beds, large dressers and vanities, window blinds with blackout curtains, and plenty of mirrors. There is a comfortable 5" spring-mattress sleeper sofa in the living area inside the large L-shaped couch. The living area also features a flat screen TV with Roku Ultra streaming device + voice remote, free high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances (GE brand), including a drip coffee maker (filters and coffee grounds provided to you). I've been a Premier Host with Vrbo for over 4 years now, and I am easily accessible and very responsive to my guests. My intentions are always to create charming environments with everything you may need for an enjoyable beach vacation (I just ask that you BYO sunscreen, and beach towels I do "upon request"). The condo will be professionally cleaned before your arrival, and inclusive of all essentials. The beds will be made with clean bed linens, and folded on top you'll find clean shower towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. I also provide 6 beach chairs, beach accessories, and 2 Dewey Beach Street Parking Passes (you park for free) at no extra charge! The condo is located two buildings from Town Hall and the Police Station, in a safe environment, yet just steps to the beach, and beautiful bayside dining at The Lighthouse/The Rusty Rudder. Downtown Dewey Beach is super easy to walk to (5 blocks north), yet far enough away for peace & quiet. Downtown Dewey is home to the legendary live music venue The Bottle & Cork, The Starboard, and Woody's Bar & Grill (makers of the best crabcake on the east coast). Walk one block north and you can catch the Jolly Trolley into downtown Rehoboth for a day at the shops and boardwalk. I am an easy-going Host, and very reasonable...I just need to confirm potential guests understand this property is not a "party-house!".... so please review the House Rules: no parties/events, no excessive noise/loud music, and no smoking/vaping on the complex (including the shared outdoor common area). Please rinse off sandy feet using the hose to the left of the building, and please keep personal items inside the condo (as opposed to the hallway or outdoors). ***Please note - starting May 2025, the Town will be working on building a new Town Hall on the lot off Coastal Hwy behind our HOA property. Their hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm (weather dependent). They do not work weekends or holidays. Depending on what type of work they are doing at the time, construction related sound/noise may be noticeable from within the condo. Whether or not this may impact the guest experience may depend on things like plans during daytime hours, noise sensitivities, families with napping infants, what time you wake up in the morning, etc. If you're usually awake at or before 8am, and plan to spend most of the daytime hours at the beach and/or enjoying the local restaurants, this could have very minimal impact to the quality of your stay. ***As of July 30th, with 3 months of feedback from my 2 fully booked condos in the building, I have not received any complaints related to the Town Hall project, nor has any guest mentioned any negative impact to their stay.
