This was a great little place to stay close to the beach. My daughter and I stayed for a couple nights and would definitely stay here again. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and he replied to me usually within just minutes of any question I had before and during our stay. Street parking was readily available and free. The furthest we had to walk was a block but usually we found a spot within steps of the unit. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and they had everything we needed for a quick trip. It was a couple blocks to walk to the beach. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as a metro bike station. Overall we were very satisfied and would stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect little spot for a quick getaway to Venice Beach. Walking distance to everything. Small, but efficient with everything you need. Take note that there is no AC, but windows open and we were comfortable. Bathroom needs a little attention with fresh paint and a towel bar that stays put on the wall. Mattress also needs updating as you roll to the center with or without 2 people in the bed. Be mindful that this is an apartment under a home and you can clearly hear your neighbors walking above you at all hours as well as the “thump thump thump” of their washing machine. Not an issue with a sound machine, but be aware. Overall, great property, responsive hosts and with minimal updates it is great.
