Amazing Location! This perfect 1 bedroom apartment is just STEPS from the beach! Less than a 30 second walk to the sand! Enjoy all that Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey, and Santa Monica have to offer.

Newly remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances, new floors, and a new kitchen - this apartment has it all! You will experience the perfect beach vacation, comfy queen bed, full bath, and a comfy living room with roku streaming TV for when you're not on the beach. :)

Enter through the private front door and you'll be in the large living room, that opens up into the full kitchen. Living room has a comfy couch and a large TV with streaming services. The bathroom has a full bath, and the bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen mattress.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well the patio seating in the common area.

Guests have the whole apartment to themselves, but if you need anything, I'm always available.

The perfect location! You're just 30 seconds walk to the beach in Marina del Rey, in a quiet part of the Marina Peninsula, but you're also just 3 blocks to Washington Blvd, where you'll find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Venice Pier!

Uber or Walk is the easiest! But you do have parking for 1 car if you need it, and you're just a few blocks from the bus route on Washington. It's also easy to rent a bike or a bird scooter and see all of Venice, Santa Monica, and The Marina!

The host was welcoming and answered our messages right away. The location was fabulous and walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Pretty much on the beach. Only thing i would suggest, is bring a jug or bottled water for drinking or for your coffee. The city water is not good to drink. Everything was close and convenient. And if you like/love Sushi, you HAVE to go to Sushi Envy, it was AMAZING!! The best we've had in a long time. I wouldn't hit the Whaler, the clam chowder is horrible! Drinks a little pricey, but had a great view from the top, of the pier/ocean.

The floor was gritty and should have been swept. The shower caddy had old hair in it and was mildewed. The floor was broken in various spots. The sliding glass doors weren't locked and one had a broken lock. There was a blow-up bed but no linens for it. There was no light in the hallway outside the front door. But being so close to the beach and dining was wonderful!

Location is great. One row back from beach with easy beach access. Well stocked kitchen. Small but functional bathroom. Good water pressure and temperature. . Very comfortable bed and pillows. Beach view is only from balcony which doesnt have any seating. Outdoor seating in listing is out front of the unit....si not connected. Only improvements would be extra blanket and sheets and pillows for blow up mattrrss. Fix wood planks.

The location is super, the bed comfortable and having a space to park was really good. But the condition of the flat is downhill from there. The place is in great need of some TLC. Luckily we did not have to cook meals as there were barely any kitchen utensils. Crockery situation not much better. No place to really hang jackets. A tiny hook with only one screw by the door was no help and left a bad feeling. The whole flat could use a coat of paint. The bath needs a non slip mat. The chairs are not comfortable and the minuscule dining table was inadequate. Unfortunate really because it was kind of depressing and it could be so much more pleasant a place to stay.

Straightforward, easy property right near beach. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but for the price it is a good deal, right next to the beach, chill area and plenty of space.

Great location

Great location, just steps from the beach and very short walk to restaurants, bars and fun! Quiet and friendly neighborhood. My husband and I stayed 8 days and had a great time exploring LA. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Totally Misleading

The VRBO listing is misleading. Right from the beginning the apartment felt staged. There were no blinds, area rug or lamps in living area as in photo. Yes, it was close to beach but there were no beach towels or chairs available. And you call that a patio!? It was an outdoor dining set sitting on the street in the parking lot. There was a sad broken grill with no propane tank. It offered a kitchen yet no mixing bowl, pot holders, wine glasses, etc. We were there for 5 nights but given 1 bath towel each and 1 hand towel to share. I have been renting vacation homes for years and have never seen such a cheap mismatched set of kitchen essentials. Very disappointed!

Great Get Away Place

I was in LA on business and had to stay by LAX for two days. I took one day for myself and went over to the beach before I flew the morning of the fourth day. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. I wouldn't have any more than two stay there. I would stay there again.

Great Location

Perfect location, it's remote yet close to good restaurants. It was a cute place, but bare minimum given. Only 2 towels and no extra sheets or blankets. But for the cost that's minor. The only issue is no AC. There are fans but in the warm summer it needs a little more. To stay cool we had to keep windows open which i did not care for being a single female. Id stay there again because overall it was a nice location.

Location is great, could use some amenities

This place is (as advertised) steps from the beach and comes with a dedicated parking space, which makes it fantastic for a beach stay. It's also walking distance to Abbot Kinney and all sorts of fun along the Venice Beach boardwalk. The owner was responsive when I reached out for check in and once when the wireless went out. There were a ton of TV options with the Roku, and the stay was pretty quiet (no big parties keeping us up) over the May weekend we visited. Getting in and out of the apartment was smooth and easy. The new kitchen appliances were great. The apartment surfaces and the linens were clean and fresh. However, the place, despite looking good, has been cheaply upgraded (which is fine - it's a rental), and that means the floor in the kitchen is broken and cracking (no hazard to us; just uneven flooring settling), and several drawers were broken. The floors had a layer of sand all over them (which probably would be aided by a mat in the entryway, even inside), and the dishes (in the cabinets) were dirty. We were surprised that there was only one towel per person for our 4-night stay, 1 dish towel and 1 hand towel - and no pot holders. There was nothing for the beach -- no chairs, no blankets, no beach towels. (The ad doesn't say it provides any of these things, and we brought our own - but if we were traveling by plane, these would be added expenses for sure.) And there were no cleaning supplies (spray cleaner, for example).

Sandy Inside and a Very Basic Accommodation

Left a day early because unit wasn't clean. (There was still sand on floor and in bed when I arrived, plus sofa stains!) Balcony is not usable/rotting wood. VERY bare bones... not enough linens or a bath mat for my 5 night stay. :( Furniture cheap and chipped floors. Disappointing. Steps from the beach & parking included, which were definite bright spots.
