Summer Family Vacay

We had a fabulous stay at The Mar! It is the cutest cottage, with such a well designed space and layout. We had everything we needed and the beach is literally across the street!!! It was so convenient to hop on the bikes and ride down to Seaside to shop and grab a bite to eat. Highly recommend staying here!

Cute, clean and great location!

We stayed at the Mar (downstairs part of the house) and was perfect for a mom and three teenage girls. It was cozy and we loved the porch and easy access to the beach and Seaside.

The MAR is a great place to stay. It’s decorated beautifully, so close to beach access and just a bike ride away from Seaside. The patio is wonderful to sit on while sipping coffee or a cocktail. Would definitely stay here again.

The Mar property was perfect for our stay. The location was easily accessible to the beach, the Square and a quick drive to Rosemary Beach. Cheryl was extremely helpful and kind highly recommend The Mar!

Mar was perfect for our party of three. The location to the beach is great, the house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having my morning coffee on the front porch while watching the bikers and walkers on 30a. Would love to return!

Perfect Location!

Property was perfect for our small group of four. The location couldn't have been better. Bike riding to Seaside and Watercolor was fun and quick. Beach access was the best we have ever had, and this is our third Spring Break on 30A.

This cute little house is literally right across from the beach access. We came with our kids, and was able to go back to the place for lunch each beach day because that’s how close we were to beach access. It was super cute and clean. Perfect for a small group!

Enjoyed our stay. Owner was very nice. I wish VRBO would have written the description clearer for us; apparently we were only renting 1/2 the home not the entire home. At first we were a bit surprised, we thought we were renting the entire home. The owner was kind and accommodating; we choose to still proceed. FYI you can rent the entire home or half. Once we understood, after the fact we really enjoyed our stay. Yes we do recommend this beach house!
