Beach front Tower 3

Beautiful views and perfect location. Looking forward to renting next year. My kids enjoyed the room and it was perfect for a family.

Little piece of heaven

We, (family of 7) rented this condo for the month of February. Walking into the unit you can’t help but notice the 3 floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Such a great view. I am in a wheelchair and it is very difficult for me to get down to the ocean, so I spent a lot of time in front of those windows. We loved the little hallway bonus room with a queen bed. Fun for the teenagers. It was a very comfortable unit for our group. We even rented it for next year already. The Edgewater Resort has really great amenities, lots to do. The Oceans restaurant on the premises was very handy with really good food. We had a few problems that were very quickly resolved. Great communication with the condo manager. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Dirty room and horrible management

The condition of the room upon arrival was disgusting. The beds did not have sheets on them and the mattresses were covered in urine stains. There was a used diaper left in one of the drawers.The floor did not even look like it had been swept with stuff all over it. There weren't enough pillows or pillow cases for each of the beds. We found a couple of extra pillows but there were no cases for them so we were unable to use. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, which I discovered the next day the dishwasher didn’t even work so someone had to come out to fix that.I texted the number they said to contact “24/7/365” with these concerns and did not receive any response until the next day when they asked for feedback on check-in experience. I gave a poor rating and they finally replied asking me what was wrong as if they never even got the first message. However, the only thing they offered to fix was the trash (we had already picked up the day before) and the pillows, but they wouldn’t bring unless we gave them an exact count of pillows in the room. We were on vacation. Shouldn’t have to come all the way inside to count pillows just to receive basic necessities of the room. We loved everything else about Edgewater property and location, but I will never rent another property managed by Southern Vacation Rentals!
