La Placita, beaches, great nightlife, restaurants, cinemas, bars, gyms, Spa, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, bus stop are at walking distance.

Great apartment in central location

Lovely apartment with plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dogs headed to the dog park nearby. Luis was very helpful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing place to stay, close to old San Juan, a beautiful beach in walking distance and all the comforts of home. Our favorite place after a day of sight seeing was the veranda, we relaxed listened to music and enjoyed a cocktail before resting. The bathrooms were comfortable, the water pressure was just right and the decor was beautiful. It was a secure building and felt safe.

Greetings, I don’t usually respond to guest reviews, as they are typically fair and reasonable. Unfortunately, this is not the case with Sylvester. His review is entirely vindictive and unfair. He fabricated many issues in an attempt to obtain a partial refund from VRBO. All of his claims were rejected by VRBO due to lack of evidence or justification. This is a malicious and retaliatory review. This is an impeccable apartment, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully maintained, and carefully cleaned. It is located in one of the best areas of San Juan, close to Condado beaches, international and local restaurants, museums, theaters, bars, public and private transportation, and it holds a 4.93 rating with more than 88 reviews across other platforms. I encourage you to read the other reviews. If you have any questions, I will respond promptly.

This beautiful Art Deco apartment offers a big place so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The apartment was renovated and has everything new: stove, 5 mini split/AC, 5 beds, 1 futon, 1 sofa, stove, microwave, refrigerator, new and modern washer and dryer, cable TV and Netflix and many more things.
If you stay here, you will enjoy a code access apartment building with a garage and a parking with roof, so you don't have to worry where you park your car or your rental car. The apartment offers a great view of Condado and a refreshing balcony were you can relax with your friends, family or your special one.
The apartment is on a first floor and the place doesn't have an elevator.
The place has five bedrooms with Mini split
AC. Three of the bedrooms have access to private bathroom with hot water and reserve water tank.
Conturce (Condado-Santurce) is a vibrating and urban close to beaches, restaurants, museums, bars, and nightlife.
I have two other gorgeous and amazing apartments in the same building.
