My amazing Art Deco Apt has 5 bedrooms with 5ACs, 2 bathrooms, and modern kitchen, an artist living room, complete laundry and a beautiful balcony with Condado view, and an exclusive and privileged location: close to Condado, beaches, La a Placita, great nightlife, restaurants, museums, cinemas, bars, gyms, groceries, spa, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, at walking distance. Bus stop is one block. You have a lot of space and can come to relax. FULL BACKUP GENERATOR.

Series like "Elena Santos" and the movie "Fragmentos de Amor" has been filmed in the my apartments. This beautiful Art Deco apartment offers a big place so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The apartment was renovated and has everything new: stove, mini splits, refrigerator, cable TV, and Netflix, 5 beds, 1 sofa, and many more things. If you stay here, you will enjoy a code access apartment building. The apartment offers a great view of Condado and a refreshing balcony were you can relax with your friends, family or your special one.
The apartment is on a second floor and the place doesn't have an elevator.
The place has 5 bedrooms with 5 mini split /AC, two bathrooms with hot water, and reserve water tank. Master bedroom have private bathroom access.

Host was very friendly and super helpful. Local shops and restaurants nearby as well as a bus stop and the beach within a short walk. Place was lovely and the porch was delightful.

The condo was large and well appointed. The deck was a wonderful place to gather for drinks before dinner. But, probably the best part about the entire stay was Louis and his recommendations for places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Conveniently Located

This was a fantastic option for me and my group of guys. Conveniently located — close to La Plaza del Mercado de Santurce, half a mile from Condado Beach, short Uber ride to Old San Juan, and right up the street from a phenomenal restaurant with a friendly staff and delicious food. Such a wonderful place and experience!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. Easy to get to museums and Old San Juan. Near a highway for quick access to beaches. The property was clean and felt safe, kitchen is well outfitted, great laundry access in the apartment, and our host was FANTASTIC! Responsive, kind, helpful, interesting, just the best! We would absolutely stay here again.

If you stay here, you will enjoy a code access apartment building with a garage and a parking with roof, so you don't have to worry where you park your car or your rental car. The apartment offers a great view of Condado and a refreshing balcony were you can relax with your friends, family or your special one.
The apartment is on a second floor and the place doesn't have an elevator.
The place has five bedrooms with Mini split
AC. Three of the bedrooms have access to private bathroom with hot water and reserve water tank.
Conturce (Condado-Santurce) is a vibrating and urban close to beaches, restaurants, museums, bars, and nightlife.
