Located in one of the best and safest areas in Condado, you can walk to the beach in only 5 minutes. Includes one private parking spot. This touristic area is frequently patrolled. The apartment is about 15 minutes away from Old San Juan and San Juan Airport (SJU). Juice bar next to the building, and across the street a nice cafeteria and bakery. Within walking distance, you'll find various restaurants, cafés, bars, also shops, pharmacies, grocery stores, a casino, and one of the best hospitals.

The space
Very spacious, comfortable, and bright apartment equipped with all the basic items and appliances. The living and dining room floors are in marble. It also has a balcony with 2 chairs. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have their own AC unit. Towels, 2 beach chairs and a cooler are provided for use during your stay. We allow one dog at no additional cost.

Guest access
The apartment is on the 7th floor of a small building, with only 2 apartments per floor and a private key for the elevator, so that this floor can only be accessed by those staying in it.

We provide one set of keys and a gate remote. If lost or missing, we will charge $200 for the keys and $100 for the gate remote. Please make sure you don't lose the keys or gate remote, and return everything before departure.
