Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. Booking a stay with 10 people but inviting additional guests is considered an event and will charged extra.

Refund Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.

- NOTE: The property requires stairs to access the property and bedrooms on the upper level which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
