Cette magnifique maison de plage de Water's Edge à Folly Beach, en Caroline du Sud, fait partie d’une communauté conçue avec un clin d’œil aux couleurs et au charme historiques de Charleston. Votre future maison de plage se trouve à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage et à un pâté de maisons de la «Folie du centre-ville». Nous sommes équipés de commodités et de nombreuses améliorations qui rendront votre escapade à la plage de Charleston mémorable. En plus, nous sommes nichés dans un quartier calme et pourtant, tout ce que Folly a à offrir! Courte promenade de 15 minutes du centre-ville de Charleston o�� nourriture, histoire, shopping et vie nocturne vous attendent!

La cuisine est équipée de beaux comptoirs en granit, d'une barre oblique inverse personnalisée et de tous vos besoins en matière d'appareils électroménagers. Bois franc dans la cuisine et le salon et tapis berbère dans toutes les chambres et le couloir. Détendez-vous et sirotez vos boissons préférées sur notre véranda privée, tout en regardant la faune qui fréquente notre raz de marée juste à l'extérieur. Le balcon privé situé au dernier étage de la suite principale offre une vue parfaite sur la rivière et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Patio arrière a une douche extérieure. Détendez-vous près de la piscine communautaire (ouverte du 1er avril au 1er octobre) accessible à tous les clients en saison et d'un quai de pêche (ouvert toute l'année). The property was lovely with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The pool wasn’t open and the weather was too cold for the ocean, but I appreciated the beach toys available. Communication was great! The bathroom walls in the master bedroom were exceptionally dusty, but everything else was very clean. We had a wonderful stay.

All communication was with a local property management company and they made the whole process very easy with good communication before and during the stay. A great location on the island, just off the bridge. Clean and comfortable accommodations.

Very nice rental with a great location. Was very clean. The stairs are very steep do to the narrow building but other than that no complaints of any kind. The pier is very nice. Be sure to bring a fishing pole. The unit did come with one. Pool looked very inviting but it was too cold for swim. I definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Home is very clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked with food prep and server ware, location can’t be beat … everything was wonderful!

Family trip

This property was in a great location. We could walk to restaurants and the beach. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended another night and luckily they could accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again.
