Very accommodating, perfect for families with young children. Convenient location, walking distance to beach, Dennis Port Center, beautiful neighborhood, parking for 4 cars.
Quaint home with fenced-in back yard with large outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor table with umbrella. House has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub (+ large outdoor shower noted above), open eat-in kitchen, bright family room with TV and slider to back yard, and separate charming living room with TV. All rooms include window air-conditioners.
One block from Belmont Rd Beach, walk to Ocean House, tennis courts, near bike rentals and bike trails, golf courses , restaurants, and famous Wolfie's Bakery; 2 miles to picturesque Harwich Port Center. 6 Beach chairs provided, 1 bike with child seat, 2 kayaks with access to boat landing, ping pong table in garage with dart board and small TV. No pets, no smoking. 7 night minimum night stay and rental week must be on a Saturday to Saturday cycle.

This property was fantastic for our week-long stay in Harwich. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, we loved using the outdoor tv area! The house is very family friendly, and close to so many great spots on the Cape. Jane is an amazing host! She made sure we were setup for an amazing vacation!

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. House very clean and had everything we needed. Walk to beach, Kayaks, Woolfie's for breakfast and Sundae School ice cream right around the corner. Owner very responsive and helpful w our questions. Highly recommend

All the Comforts of Home

We were very pleased with our stay at your home.Especially loved the sun room with the comfy couchHey comfortableI found all the furniture and beds. To be like new, very comfortable. The kids love the writing toys in the garage and spend most their time. When we were home in the driveway and garage, writing them. We also enjoy making smoors in the backyard and utilize that patio beautiful slept well in the beds.The walk down the street to the beach was convenient. Are 1st day found another beach nearby? Can't stay in, say enough.

Amazing Stay in A Perfect Location!

Our recent stay at this lovely VRBO property was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the owner. The property was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to Belmont Beach, local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed morning walks in the scenic surroundings and easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. One of the highlights was the beautiful backyard. We spent several evenings outside, enjoying the serene atmosphere. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and even had a bouquet of sunflowers upon our arrival. Overall, this VRBO property exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!
