4th Floor GULF Front Condo - AWESOME View! PW404

Pelican Walk 404 - Beach Front 1-Bedroom, 2 Bath-Condo on the 4th floor with an AWESOME View and easy access to beach! This vacation rental sleeps up to four guests. There is a king size bed in the bedroom with a queen size sleeper sofa in living area. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a combination dining/living area. The BEST feature is the Gulf-front balcony that overlooks the East side pool and beach. There is also a stackable full size washer/dryer in the condo.

Parking is FREE at Pelican Walk and is just steps to the elevator from the large parking lot. Guests have access to a number of resort amenities, including: TWO swimming pools, hot tub, club room with pool table, and courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, pickleball and tennis. There are two GRILL areas for guests to use: West side has two Gas grills and the East side has two charcoal grills. When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach.

Pelican Walk also offers a large private beach access and convenient beach chair rentals—pick up a beach chair and an umbrella for a day at the beach!

Great location

We enjoyed this condo and the location. We were literally steps from the beach . Some condos advertise right on the beach but Pelican Walk is right on the beach. It faces West from Gulf front balconies so the sunset each evening is beautiful and a wonderful way to end a day. C

Grounds are beautiful with flowering plants. It is a great location close to restaurants and grocery stores.This particular trip I was recuperating from some surgery. This condo was perfect with its sunny decor and beautiful view. We even witnessed a sunset beach wedding from our balcony! We would stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chose this rental last minute for spring break 2024. Pelican Walk is located on the “southern and Quiet” end of PCB. I did like that but than also meant it took quite a bit of time to get to any shopping areas or activities due to traffic. Pelican Walk is a nice place to stay and not crowded or super high rise building like some on the other end of the beach. I liked that there is someone there at 10:00pm to ensure when the “quiet time” starts in the evenings (pools close, game room shuts down, hot tub shuts down, etc). While we were staying this week, there was an evening when there was no water as there was a water main break. Luckily I had bottles of water to use so that we could flush toilets. While there were notices posted at the office door, I do wish there had been an email sent to renters on what was happening on location. I was pretty clueless and had to go searching for what was going on. PW #404 was a nice condo and had a great view of the ocean. The condo was overall clean - although the mattress on the pullout couch was some stained - as was the couch (just a few spots). I do wish there had been a foam mattress provided for the couch mattress as it was not at all comfortable (could feel the rods from the casing). There were sheets for the bed but not a pillow case provided with the set. There was adequate cookware and serving pieces to use in the kitchen and appliances were new and worked well. The “guest” bathroom has a stand up shower and it is tiny tiny but nice to have. The condo was perfect for me and two teenage gals there for the week! Overall, I was impressed with PElidan Walk, the onsite office staff, and the individual condo. I would definitely recommend Pelican Walk.
