Comfy stay home away from home.

We enjoyed this house. It was clean and inviting. The children loved the pool. I trust was a home away from home for our thanksgiving holiday.

Bowling trip

The house was exactly like the pictures. Easy location and served its purpose for all of us to stay. Game room was nice, just missing the balls for ski ball and the pool sticks could use new cues but besides that, house was great.

The home was beautiful! Great location and all the amenities as advertised. Our only complaint was the house is INFESTED WITH ANTS! Three hours after arriving we realized ants were everywhere. In our beds, all through our luggage(no food in any of our belongings). My family and I were bit by Ants in bed throughout the night. We notified the host, and 3 days later(our last night in the home) an exterminator came and sprayed at 7pm.

Family Vacation

The house is in a great neighborhood, 10 minutes on back roads to Target and many other local stores. Plenty of room for 10 of us. House was decorated beautifully. Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of towels. Air conditioning was great. Kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool heat/hot tub were awesome. Cons: Listing advertised 2 king sized beds but there was only 1. The smart TVs are password protected and they would not allow us to download any app not previously loaded even after calling to inquire twice. Pool alarm was obnoxious. No way to disarm before coming in from outside, so every time you entered the house from the pool area, it alarmed. Beds in the kids’ rooms not real high quality.. one of the metal bed frames in the Harry Potter room was not super stable and the rails underneath would fall. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable.. Sheets were stiff and noisy.

So much fun!

We had the best time! We all LOVED the game room but my son especially couldn’t get enough of it. Skeeball was the biggest hit. Bedrooms were great and just how it was pictured. The pool alarm on the patio door was a pain because there isn’t an alarm on the outside. So every time you tried to open the patio door from the pool area, the alarm would go off and it’s super loud. Not ideal with kids coming in an out. There was also a lot of ants all over the house and we didn’t even have any food out. Wish we would have also had some sort of booklet for the house that had explanations for things, like how to use the pool alarm for example. It took us awhile to figure some of the things out. Also wish we would have had more of the amenities for the week. We had only one garbage bag and didn’t realize that until it was too late. Overall though, we had the BEST time and loved the house.

Nice clean place nice location

House was clean and conveniently located. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. We paid to have pool and hot tub heated which was much needed with the cold spell that came through. The hot tub took until the end of our second day to start getting hot enough to enjoy but the hot tub still doesn’t get as hot as most host tubs but that was ok just wished it was heated when we got there so we could of used it after the long drive in. The game room was one of the main reasons we booked the place and were a little disappointed when some of the things were missing/ not working properly. The skee ball machine did not have balls so we couldn’t play it and my kids were really looking forward to it. The air hockey table did not have all the pieces so we could not play it. There were no darts for the dart board. I did contact host and report all these things and sent someone out but not able to fix any of these issues while we were there. The traffic just getting into the resort was unbelievable it took over an hour just to get into the gated neighborhood. I asked and they said just to expect that every day as it was very busy and not to try to come through between 3-7pm. Traffic was rough but we were there during spring break times so probably just time of the year but have stayed in other resorts that had other systems in place that didn’t cause the back up like this resort. The house was big enough for 10 of us to spread out in and never feel crowded. The home was very clean. They do provide a few starter essentials such as toilet paper (one roll per bathroom), one roll of paper towels, one pack of dishwasher detergent, one pack of laundry detergent, travel size shampoo and body wash. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up breakfast and grill utensils to cook on the grill. The location was close to everything but with it being spring break it took a while to get anywhere as I 4 was backed up along with most all other roads. All in all we enjoyed our stay and just adjusted our plans around these few things.
