On 10 private acres, but in the heart of it all: this tranquil 3BR retreat is the perfect home base for your wine country adventures.

Our home is a hacienda-style ranch built for enjoying indoor-outdoor living with friends and family. It is perfect for 2 couples or 2 families with young children, and we welcome up to 6 adults.

Enter our open floor plan living room, island dining and kitchen. Gather round the indoor fireplace with a glass of wine or to play board games (choose from our collection of 15 favorites!) Our fully-outfitted top-of-the-line kitchen awaits you with chef-grade cookware and knives. We also have two outdoor grills at your disposal: a flat-top Blackstone, great for griddling breakfast, and a wood-burning Santa Maria grill for getting the perfect char on your meats.

The primary suite hosts a large floorplan, en-suite bathroom, king bed. A similarly-sized second bedrooms also hosts a King sized bed and shares a bathroom with the third room. The third bedroom includes a queen-sized murphy bed - perfect for little ones but also comfortable enough for another couple - or can also be setup as an office. All beds are adorned with hybrid memory foam mattresses and luxury, Matouk bedding. All three bedrooms feature french doors opening onto courtyards and gardens.

Our two spa-like bathrooms include Aesop products (hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner), soft Matouk towels and hairdryers.

Our home celebrates indoor-outdoor living with an inviting front porch that draws you out to the garden and centuries-old Oak trees. Once outside you'll find the heated pool and spa and open-air pool house: complete with wood burning fireplace, large umbrellas, lounge furniture, a hand-carved bar with stools and an outdoor tv. Lush pool towels and floating noodles are provided.

The first of two outdoor dining areas is under a bougainvillea-covered arbor near the pool, overlooking the rolling hills and vineyards. The second outdoor dining area sits behind the kitchen, with a large circular table to create memories over meals. Both dining areas have build in heat lamps to stay cozy on those cool nights.

For those needing laundry access, there is a fully stocked laundry room with double washers and dryers. An iron, ironing board and steamer are all available.

For families, we also have a crib, slumber pod and crib sheets available on request.

When you're looking for more, explore our property grounds including the pond, view/yoga platform, vegetable gardens, orchards and chicken coop (chickens not present at the moment!). A quick hike up our hill gives you sweeping valley and mountain views - bring a glass of wine to enjoy the views of the neighboring vineyards of the Ballard AVA including Stolpman, Lincourt and Margerum!

We are walking distance to grab breakfast at Bob's Well Bread (a Travel & Leisure "Top 15 small town bakery") and the pilates studio in Ballard. Or hop in the car to drive 5 minutes to all of the towns in the area. Hop between dozens of tasting rooms in Los Olivos, enjoy a Michelin-star meal at Bell's in Los Alamos, join the year-round festivities in Solvang, shop in Santa Ynez, visit breweries in Buellton, ride horses through the vines, or hike the area's amazing trails.
