Frisco River Condo 1 Block to Main St and Ski Shuttle
You cannot beat the LOCATION of this condo just one block from Main Street and 10 Mile Creek in the backyard. In the Summer, take in the sounds, sights, and smells of nature from the balcony overlooking the quintessential mountain creek. In the Winter, wake up to the snowcapped peaks of Mt. Royal and enjoy a one block walk to the free Summit Shuttle taking you to Copper Mountain (approx. 20 minutes) or Breckenridge (approx.45 minutes). Main Street in Frisco is abuzz with action and has something for everyone - shopping, dining, historical museums, boating, parks and of course, the mountains. We have designed an inviting space for you to enjoy while getting out to explore all that Frisco and Summit County have to offer.
Our condo has an open floor plan with a large kitchen opening to a comfortable dining room and living room. Our kitchen is large enough to prepare a full family meal, to socialize and cook together. The dining room seats six comfortably at the table and four more at the bar looking into the kitchen. The large living room has a super comfy sofa where you can enjoy time socializing or sitting in front of the eye catching mid-century modern Malm fireplace while watching a movie on the 48â Samsung Smart TV.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, an attached full bath and two closets. Have the best of both worlds with great sunlight from the wall of windows or close the curtains and barn doors for a cozy, peaceful private haven. The bedroom has a 40" Samsung Smart TV and telescoping reading lights.
Surrounded by windows, perfectly framing views of Mt Royal, pine trees and the river, the second bedroom is a focal point for the condo. You will LOVE the sound of the river rushing outside the window in the summer and the snow falling all around you in the winter while you lay in the cozy queen bed complete with the down comforter and fluffy pillows.
Our version of a kids or bunk bed is in the Den, a non-conforming bedroom adjacent to the back balcony. This elevated bed is great for smaller human(s) and feels like a nest with a view! Equipped with a full-size platform bed and a small dresser, this space is perfect for kids or one adult.
The living room offers one additional sleeping space with a queen pullout sofa sleeper. The huge sectional sofa is also an option and is fully equipped with blankets, pillows, and extra sheets.
Your mountain getaway is a scenic one-hour drive from Central Denver. Youâll be staying in a well-appointed riverfront condo one block from Main Street shopping and dining. You are a short walk from numerous trail heads, walking distance to Dillon Lake and with a quick shuttle ride or drive youâll be at major ski resorts in the area. When you feel like staying in you can gather and cook in the large kitchen, hang out on the balcony overlooking the river, or relax by the fireplace. Our condo has 2 bedrooms, a sleeping den, a queen sleeper sofa and 2 full bathrooms, ideal for small families or a group of friends.
Getting out and about is a must in Summit County, known as the playground of the Rockies! With 7 Ski Areas within 30 minutes of the condo you can enjoy endless skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in the Winter and hiking, biking, sailing, paddle boarding and playing in the Summer! The gorgeous river behind the condo and the attractions of Friscoâs Main Street makes this the perfect Colorado getaway.
