Beautiful 1bdrm ocean-view KING suite at Caravelle Resort, On-site restaurants!

Ocean view! 9th floor, one bedroom condo at Caravelle Resort w/ room to sleep 4. Wake up in a nice and firm king-sized bed while vacationing on the Golden Mile! The balcony has a nice ocean view that may allow you to watch the surfers, boats & dolphins while sipping your morning coffee. We have outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, baby pool & large kids splash pad, bar and restaurant on-site. Plenty of restaurants, gift shops and grocery close by. The building next door (St Clements) has a fantastic beach bar, and River City Cafe is 3 short blocks away. There's also a Starbucks within walking distance! There are ice cream shops and putt-putt close by too. This is truly the ideal spot to be! We supply a couple of beach chairs and and sand toys. On site laundry available for a fee. Park free in the garage (1 vehicle).
For your convenience, we supply a starter pack of TP, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, etc. This will last most guests for a few days. There are several stores within walking distance if you need to re-stock!
The Indoor Pool and Hot Tub area has been refreshed and open. The outdoor pool is heated during cooler seasons.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Owner went out of his way to include special touches and goody basket that the kids loved. Resort was great with nice pools and beautiful beach. Would definitely book this unit again.

Great trip!

The condo was as advertised and was clean and homey. The bedroom furniture was the same as I have at home, so we really did feel at home. The view was amazing! We had a little hiccup with getting locked out of our room, but the owner was easy to get a hold of and the problem was solved quickly. We really had a great time!

Inside was good, outside left much to be desired

First I will list the positives. Location was good and had a lot of options for groceries, drugstores, coffee and food. The inside was as described and was clean and cozy, bed was comfortable. Super easy checkin and keypad for access was convenient.Negatives- inside, pan for making eggs needs replaced, toaster needs replaced, AC in the living room wasn’t working well, so I had to keep the door open to provide AC for my son sleeping on the Murphy bed. The worst part about this place was how dirty it was outside in the hallways and elevator. Someone right below us was smoking weed when we got there- I was there with my kid. We also noticed people coming in off the streets (not staying here) using the pool, so it was always packed. We didn’t use it at all. Parking wasn’t great, but we did manage to get a spot on most nights. One morning I went to get coffee and someone was smoking weed in the parking garage. Overall, I didn’t think the cost was justified and I would not stay here again just based on the condition of the outside, the other guests, and the lack of control over who was using the facilities. Again, the inside was very clean and as described.

Perfect for our family-I give it 10 stars!

When we walked in we saw the beautiful bed and inviting decor. I could tell that a lot of thought went into it, making every room inviting. There were two baskets of snacks on the counter and we literally felt like celebrities. My kids went crazy over them! We actually were able to meet with the owner and shake his hand in the lobby and he told us he had left us freshly filtered water! When we turned on the tv there was Disney + and Netflix (other services too)! What a blessing! There’s never anything for the kids to watch on cable so this made our lives easier! We got to sit and watch movies at night with the kids, something that I haven’t had a chance to do on a while. There was plenty of space so I could put our clothes in the drawers. The living room had plenty of space for everyone to sit and not feel cramped. That was so nice! The furniture on the patio was so comfortable and relaxing. There were these neat towel hangers so our beach towels could dry. They had the best smelling soap at both sinks. I bring my own but used theirs, I loved that the owners thought of the little things like this! They even had a little sponge at the sink! The ice bucket was fancy and insulated. It kept some of our ice even over night. We loved everything about this place. They had chairs and even a beach wagon in case you didn’t pack yours! They had a pack and play and the bedding available, which would save a family a lot of space. I wish I had found this place years ago! Love it!
