Magnolia Charms is your home away from home located in Crystal Beach. Loaded with charm, the home features a wrap around porch, antique stained glass windows & balconies galore. All 3 bedrooms have king beds with their own private ensuite bathrooms (perfect for couples & families) and is just a quick walk to our world famous beaches! The backyard features a new 12x24 private heated pool with beautiful landscaping and is fully fenced.

Beach Gear: We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels & beach toys.

FREE 6 SEATER GOLF CART - Included in your stay is a 6 seater golf cart - Perfect for taking to the beach, local restaurants and shops!

The house and the amenities were wonderful! We had everything we needed to cook and grill out . The pool was warm and enjoyable. The beach was amazing. This place is great! Third year spending a week with family and pets at this wonderful house! Highly recommend - it’s perfect for us. Spending time in the pool and on the front porch with the grandkids. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It’s the best for all!

Absolutely amazing home! Super clean, amazing beds, spacious and cozy. The owners really go above and beyond with all the amenities in the home. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was amazing for our family. Great location, 3 minute walk to beach and convenient to restaurants and stores. The backyard was such an amazing oasis. We will be back!

Everything as advertised. Beautiful place, wonderful location, just a block from beach and only a couple blocks from other aceess points. Truly dog friendly. We brought our dogs and it was perfect. The green space for the dogs was wonderful and large enough for dogs and they provided poop bags as well. Place was very clean as well. Highly recommend. Owners responsive as well

Spring Break!

We had a lovely stay at Magnolia Charms! The home was as advertised, very clean & nice. Backyard was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet & close to the beach. It was a wonderful week. Great spring break with two teens & 4 adults - plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. I’d stay again!

Amazing Home not far from the Destin Beach

Amazing layout and good location. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space. Host communicated all needed information and were quick to reply to any questions. Pool was great and home was dog and kid friendly. Beach access was a short walk or golf ride away (went to barracuda for walking and crystal for golf cart parking). Wish we could have stayed longer, it was an amazing stay.

Relaxing Vacation

Property was exactly as described. They had everything you need. We brought extra paper towels, dish soap, trash bags etc and didn’t need to use any of them. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was really nice too. We brought our small dog with us and they had dog bones for her upon arrival. They also had poop bags in the back yard. They have thought of everything. They also respond very quickly. We love Destin and loved this place!!! Would definitely recommend

Dream Rental

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the initial rental agreement, to the warm greetings, to the golf cart. The property was in tip top shape. The pool was nice, the bed rooms and bathrooms were modern and tidy. The host provided plenty of floats for the pool, chairs for the beach, and beach toys if you bring your children. Overall we would definitely use this property in the future.

Perfect Vacation House

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Communication with Robert and Kourtney was always quick and responsive. The property was exactly as described, and our entire party was very impressed. While we rented a golf cart, it was not necessary, as it was such a short walk to the beach. I have three small kids, and they loved the pool. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Destin.

Fantastic House!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay near the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. My wife commented that it felt like we were staying at a friend's house due to the warmth of the home. The owners were great on their communication and the location of the home was just perfect - short walk to the beach and a short drive to all amenities. The neighborhood was very walkable and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will make plans to stay here again.

Fantastic!!!

This place is so wonderful I selfishly want to keep it a secret!! There was nothing that we wanted for - it had everything and then some! Beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you might need. The combination of having the pool and being so close to the ocean was perfect for my little family consisting of 6 adults and 2 small children. And the yard was perfect for the dogs! The house and property are very clean and decorated beautifully. We can't wait to come back!!

Home Away from Home

We have stayed at several properties, and this has been by far the best house. "Magnolia Charms" is an absolutely gorgeous home, and the pool & backyard was just as pleasant. The home is well stocked with many items that other places don't furnish. We loved that it is so dog friendly, and all the little extras made us feel right at home. We felt very welcomed with all the communication and the surprise Crumble Cookies. We can't say enough about our stay, other than this place is at the top of our list and we will be back. Thank so much for everything!

Me and my wife stayed here for the majority of July 4th break with our two dogs. The house is absolutely amazing. It’s a two minute walk to the beach. Golf cart and private beach chairs are included! The property owners are awesome! Checked in with us to make sure everything was going great, and during the middle of the week. This house has everything you need to make your trip a relaxing vacation. We loved our small gift from the owners during the stay! Thank you! We plan to be back in September with Friends to stay here again!

Outstanding home & hosts

We have stayed in several homes in the Destin area and this was our favorite stay yet. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pool and landscaping...outstanding! All 3 bedrooms were large and each had a king bed and their own private bathroom! (We also never ran out of hot water!) The beds were so comfy! The upstairs bedrooms had their own balconies. Loved all the stained glass throughout the home & decor. The location can't be beat. the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous and a quick walk to the beach. There are several restaurants & shops within walking distance. We enjoyed our sunsets on the balconies. We are already looking to book our next stay!

Perfect Location, Beautiful Home, Outstanding Hosts

I cannot say enough good things about this stay. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Owners went out of their way to make our stay perfect in every way. House is very well maintained and extremely clean. All pots, pans and silverware were perfect for preparing meals at the house. Beds are very comfortable. Very easy process as well. We rent houses quite often when we travel, and I cannot remember another instance where the process was so simple and straight forward. If we have the opportunity I would rent from this owner every time we travel to Destin. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Best Destin has to Offer

We have been coming to Destin for years now, and this has been by far the nicest place we have ever stayed! To start, we did bring our dog with us and there were little milk bones waiting for him! Also Crumble cookie showed up shortly after we got everything in and started to get acquainted with the house! This wonderful place came fully stocked, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, floats, a wagon everything you need to have a great time and not worry about needing anything extra. Don’t get me started on the beds in this house! They were so comfortable that we reached out to Robert and Kourtney and had to know what they were! We have stayed at some nice places and had some beds that really put a dark cloud on the trip! Just a bummer when you can’t sleep good on vacation ya know! I just want to say if you are looking for a Beautiful house with comfy beds and everything you need to have a wonderful trip! I highly suggest this house! You will not go wrong and we will for sure be staying many more times in the future! Oh last thing, Robert and Kourtney are very quick to respond to any questions you may have! This has been the best experience and we are so grateful we have found Magnolia Charms!

Amazing! Book now!!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this rental, I don’t even know where to begin! My siblings and I do a family trip with our families every year, and we always find a large home for all of us to share, and Magnolia Charms has by far exceeded any of the other homes we have ever stayed in! First of all, the owners of the property are so very kind! They communicated so well, offered a guidebook for suggestions of things to do in the area, and had super sweet extra touches throughout the home! We really felt like the owners truly cared about our stay and wanted us to feel very welcomed. The house is impeccable. It is extremely clean, has beautiful finishes, and was well stocked with essentials! We had everything we needed for our group of 10, and our group ranged from adults to teenagers to toddlers/infants. The pool is great and offered lots of seating for everyone. The open concept living room/kitchen was great for gathering to hang out or eat a meal together. This house seriously checks all the boxes. Next, the location!! A short walk to the beach made it easy to run back to the house if we forgot anything. We were close to shops and grocery for any last minute ingredients we needed for homemade meals. If you are hesitating renting this home, please don’t! Book it before you lose it! It’s worth every penny. My family is already requesting that we go back!
