Welcome to Destin Retreat! This spacious and remodeled home offers GULF VIEWS of the crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Coast. This home is located ACROSS FROM THE BEACH within the charming Crystal Beach Community and offers easy access to all the dining and attractions of Miramar Beach and Destin.

✹ The Crab Trap, Camille’s at Crystal Beach, Beach Walk Café, Pazzo Italiano, Miller’s Ale House, Ruby Slipper Café, Marble Slab Creamery, Horizon’s and the Rooftop Bar at The Henderson Resort are all within 1 mile away
✹ Destin Commons is ~1.2 miles away and is a large outdoor shopping, dining, and attractions complex. Some of the dining favorites include:

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ PET RULES: A maximum of two, small (<30 lbs) dogs are allowed. Pets MUST be kept off ALL furniture, $100 pet fee per pet (this goes directly to my cleaner), and PLEASE pick up after your dog. We love traveling with our dog, and when we do, we are always respectful of the property owner's pet rules. I kindly ask that you do the same.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
✹ PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
