* Pool Heating: The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $65/day plus tax. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this service to your stay.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, and hand soap. All bed linens, bath linens, and beach towels are also provided. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.
* Area Construction: Please be aware that construction is active throughout the Panama City Beach and 30A areas. We cannot be held responsible for construction noise or other related disturbances.
* Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. No refunds will be issued outside of the stated policy.

Turn left onto US-79 S and continue for 6.6 Miles
Turn right onto US-98 W and continue for 7.9 Miles
From US 98, turn left onto S Orange St
Take the 2nd right onto Pompano St, continue to the stop sign (0.3 mi)
Turn right onto S Wall St, continue for 0.1 mi
Turn left onto Walton Rose Lane, and continue to the stop sign.
The house will be on the right on the corner of Walton Rose Lane and Winston Lane. There are 3 parking spots: 1 on Walton Rose Lane that fits 2 cars, and 2 in front of the house and guest house on Winston Lane.

Take FL-85 N and W John Sims Pkwy to FL-20 E/E Hwy 20 in Niceville
Continue on E Hwy 20 for about 58 miles.
Turn right onto US-331 and follow this 9.8 Miles south to US-98
Turn left onto US-98 and continue for 13.1 miles
Turn right onto S Orange St, continue for 308 ft
Turn right onto Walton Rose Lane, and continue to the stop sign.
