Vacation begins now! 'Sweet Southern Charm' awaits you, a 5 bed, 5.5 bath home ideally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Take in the Florida sun and ocean breeze from one of the home's three spacious outdoor areas, each located on a different level. When you're ready to cool off, head to the pool (the largest on 30A!), complete with plenty of loungers, cabanas, and a snack bar. Next, head to the private beach via bike, foot, or the complimentary Seacrest tram.

- 4 complimentary bikes give you the ability to cruise around! Options are endless â you can take The Timpoochee Trail all the way down 30A, or cruise into Alys for coffee and breakfast at Fonville Press, or head to Rosemary for Acai bowls or shopping and dining. It's the best way to get around 30A!
- Private beach access: Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March â October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily and there are multiple pick-up spots throughout the neighborhood. You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood â quick 2 min walk.
- Resort Pool: You'll have access to the Seacrest Lagoon pool, the largest on 30A. Loungers, cabanas, and snack bar all included.
- Large open floor plan with an abundance of natural light
- En suites in all four King bedrooms
- Extra-large open kitchen with brand-new appliances. The chef in your group will appreciate the kitchen island and abundance of counter space; plus 4 additional spaces at the island to chill and unwind after a long beach day.
- Vacation mode runs on coffee! We have a Keurig available and provide complimentary coffee pods.
- 3rd floor Lounge â features a second lounge living space with couch and chairs, an arcade game, plus a wet bar.

- Please note, the Seacrest Community HOA has a planned pool closure for 10/27 - 11/24 for resurfacing and improvements. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
