Rincon Cabin dispose de deux chambres, une salle de bain, télévision par câble, WiFi gratuit et lecteur DVD. Doté de tout le confort de la maison, le Rincon Cabin comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes, mixeur, grille-pain, cafetière, vaisselle, chaudrons et autres. bain à remous et une terrasse avec barbecue.

Great Big Bear rental

Rincon cabin is a great spot for a family weekend getaway. Good location, adequate amenities, hot tub fun & fenced yard for a dog. Our kids were able to go sledding & play in the snow in the front yard too. Walking distance to Alpine Sled & short drive to the Village. We would love to rent this place again for a snowy weekend.

The fences yard was fantastic for our dogs and the location spot on. I have a couple of remarks about the cabin. The stairs were very steep. I'm 70 years old and it was very hard for me. We sleep in the main bedroom and the pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable. The tile floors were dirty and the windows didn't close properly.

Big Bear getawa

This pet-friendly property worked out extremely well for our family. The property is large and fenced in so there was plenty of space for our kids and dog to run around. It was close to lots of activity, we could even walk to the Alpine slide. Also close are the village shops and the Bowling Barn. The house itself was very clean and we didn't have any need to communicate with the property manager. We had a great time in this cabin.

A little too rustic for my liking. The matress in the main bedroom seemed a little bit old since you could feel the springs on your back. Quite a few large black ants in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen towels had dog hair on them so i did not want to use them. I would have been happier if i had access to the laundry but there were signs that it was not allowed, even though the vrbo listing showed that laundry was available. The yard was big and fully enclosed so it was nice for my dogs

PROS: Huge backyard for our 2 dogs. Good location! Warm, good heater, good hot water! Bathtub plus for me! CONS:QUeen bed was flat and uncomfortable. Did not sleep well. Could not sit at dining table to eat as the 4 chairs were too high like bar stools.our Legs would not go under table A new mattress and dining room chairs are needed, all said we enjoyed 3 days of mountain air. Good place but unnecessary check in process

The place was fine but the check in process was so unnecessary. We had to take time to go to an office just to sign paperwork. Would have preferred to sign it digitally and go straight through the lock box. No wonder the management fee was more than the price of the place itself.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in process however this is a city requirement for all Big Bear Lake properties to check in at an office. I apologize you felt this was unnecessary and a hassle, but this is required. We do not charge a management fee for check ins at the office. You pay a separate service fee to VRBO for booking on their website.

Family and pet friendly

Overall, we had a great experience. The house was Great with a nice big yard for the dog to run around in. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub. The location I would say is farther than I anticipated to be “walking distance” to the village. We had young children and a mile each direction was too far to really walk so we had to drive. Not a huge deal. My one true negative is the master bed. It truly is like sleeping on a piece of wood. Mattress was very very firm and I would encourage a replacement that is more comfortable ! I didn't downrate them because of this because I was there some peoples preference but just know going in to the rental it is very very hard. But other than that we had a great time !

Great Get Away

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and conveniently located. We had a great time, and would definitely go back. The only thing I would suggest is an upgrade to the pillows in the master bedroom. They were a little hard to sleep on, but a super easy thing to fix to make the place overall wonderful.

Perfect and private

This our 2nd time staying at Rincon cabin, both times were great. The big front yard allows the kids to play in the snow, as we BBQ and have a drink on the deck. The long driveway allows friends to come visit without any hassle of parking. Also the convenient store around the corner from the cabin. The tile in the living room and kitchen allows for easy clean up. The staff at cool cabins were great and very helpful.. i will come visit again and recommend friends here..

great get away

Great cabin, close to the Alpine Slide. Clean, comfy. Close to restaurants and the Cool Cabin check-in office. Loved the slate floors. Upstairs warmer than downstairs.
