Oceanfront Condo!

The "Beach Retreat" is an oceanfront, deluxe condo at the Daytona Beach Resort. Sit out on your 5th floor balcony and enjoy wonderful views up and down the beach! Beach access is available just a few steps away from the resort.

The resort provides you with an indoor pool and spa, outdoor (heated) pool, fitness center and sauna.

This condo is one of the largest units in the resort (730 sq. ft.) and can sleep four, with two queen beds in the master bedroom. And it has been renovated and updated to provide you with a really beautiful and comfortable place to "get away" to.

The beach themed living room provides ocean views from two rocker/recliners and sofa, and it also has a large flat screen, "smart" TV which you can stream your favorite channel apps on.

Dining for four, is provided with a bistro table and kitchen bar.

The kitchen comes with a full refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker and blender, and is fully stocked with all the utensils, cookware, plates, bowls, cups and glassware you may need to prepare and enjoy "home cooked" meals.

For those that may need a remote workspace to set up your laptop, a desk is provided for you in a separate area.

The large master bedroom has a dresser and another flat screen TV and also provides ocean views. The bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower.

And to top it off - we also provide you with a fully stocked beach cart, that you can take down to the beach (by elevator and a ramp to the beach) that has two beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and even noodles to float on.

You'll have everything you need for a wonderful beach retreat!

Loved it

The view was has expected the unit was very clean. When you entered the unit it smelled clean and the a/c was perfect worked very well. The kitchen had everything necessery. Brian answered all our question in minutes by e-mail. The publix was across the road wich was fun. The parking lot was huge no problem to Park. Me and my wife are probably going to rent it again

Very well kept, cleaned and maintained. Wife adored all the little extra’s most rentals don’t have, a fully stocked kitchen and beach supplies. We highly recommend and will be back.

Fantasstic Condo

The condo was better than advertized. It was very clean, exceptionally furnished, and a great location. The only negative was that the facility has done little or no repairs since the storm damage. All 3 pools, the restautant and lounge were closed and only 1 elevator worked. However we were informed about this prior to our stay and had a great time. The views of the beach and ocean were sensational.

Great room, building could be better.

The room itself was very nice, clean, and updated. Plenty of beach equipment, towels, dishes, etc. We had a great time except for the fact the building decided to do maintenance right outside of our room and on the roof right above us starting at about 6am every morning. The pool area is completely gone and access to the beach is a bit difficult, but we were aware of that. Overall a great time!

Great condo

The condo was great! Clean, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen necessities, plenty of bathroom towels. The beach wagon & (two) beach towels were great to have. Amazing view of the beach/ocean. As stated in many reviews, the pool is a mess which is out of control of the condo owner and easy to look past. The balcony is not private which for some reason I was expecting even though the description did not say that it was. The only negative that I have is that the neighbors are constantly outside smoking cigarettes and marijuana. At times the smell of both of those things came into the condo. The one neighbor was considerate enough to ask if it was okay. Not a deal breaker for us. Just a little annoying. We spent most of our time out & about and we would still consider this condo if we ever find ourselves in Daytona again.

This unit was so cute! We loved the decor and everything was very nice. Very roomy, I didn't expect to have as much room. The pictures didn't do it justice. I would definitely recommend this unit.

The stay was good. We went to the wrong door and had a little issue. But that was my fault. The directions were good. I just did not follow them. The building and pools were rough. But the room was nice. I would stay there again.

Renter beware, owner does not have integrity

The owner is not upfront in disclosing that the amenities are not available. The hot tub, indoor, outdoor pool are green and non usable. No accessibility to the weight room. No easy access to the beach. The condo smelled, Dusty and mildewy. The ceiling of the porch is Rusty and falling apart. Our stay was very disappointing. The owner should have told us up front that these things were not available. And when confronted by email he never responded. You do not get what you pay for on this deal

Daytona Condo

The condo was immaculately clean! Wonderful condo for myself, husband and daughter. The beach view was amazing from the balcony. Great small, clean beach! Had everything in the condo that you could possibly need. We very much enjoyed our relaxing vacation and stay! However, when I had originally booked and reached out with questions, the host was very responsive. When my arrival day got closer, I had difficulty getting in touch with the host. The listing was removed from Vrbo. Directions were promised a week before arrival, I had to reach out to Vrbo agents in order to get the directions sent to me by the host. I sent him a message thank him when the trip was finished and have heard nothing back. Communication seemed to decrease once his condo was booked. Also, his listing has 11:00am as check out time. His ‘directions’ state 10:00am check out, so we had to rush out.

Affordable option to be beachfront

Appreciated our stay and communication from property manager. The resort was dated, and badly in need of repair in some areas. The hurricane damaged pool area was in such disrepair it distracts from the wonderful beach view. Unit itself was clean and comfortable. Note - no private balcony
still able to sit outside and enjoy if you look past the pool. Affordable way to be on the beach.
