Don't miss this one! This charming two story, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is located in the Faith Harbor complex on Eleventh St. There is plenty of room for the family with sleeping for eight guests. It's one block from the beach, and yes, within walking distance. The first floor is composed of two bedrooms. The first bedroom (BR1) is implemented with a Queen bed, chest, closet and wall mounted TV. The next bedroom (BR2) is rounded out with two Twin beds, nightstand, closet and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of a tub and granite vanity. It is also accessible by a separate hall door. The stackable washer and dryer are just down the hallway. The second floor is open for gathering. Prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with white appliances, coffee maker, pantry, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for seven. Entertain in the large living room furnished with a leather couch, sofa and two matching arm chairs, all made for relaxing while watching a movie on the wall mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom (BR3) is outfitted with a King bed, nightstand, chest, wall mounted TV and a desk, beneficial for those who work from home or for children and their distance learning assignments. The ensuite bathroom is appointed with a vanity and shower with bench and glass door. Guests have access to the garage where the charcoal grill is housed. This condo sits 0.5 miles to the beach and 0.9 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Great house that is conveniently located

Cute two story home that is only about 3 minutes from a beach access point. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it was plenty of space.

The Perfect Stay

It was perfect for our family and close to everything Port A has to offer. It was quiet and allowed us the luxury to relax. The home was casual and it felt like home. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

Beach vibes

What a hidden gem of a beach. The town home was beautiful, and the golf cart town was so much fun. After a day at the beach, the pool was refreshing and cool. Already planning our next years trip and adding an extra day.

Relaxing stay

The house is nice and comfy with adequate room for a family of 6. However, because if the extreme humidity, the floors stay damp feeling. My family has a great time and everyone we encounter were very friendly.

Process of booking/check-in was super easy and communication with property manager was great. Very helpful when it came to payment process. Location was great - very quiet, which is lovely. Clean home/pool, very spacious.

Family vacation!

We really enjoyed our time! I think the cleaning crew must have been in a hurry when cleaning the condo before check in. but everything else was perfect!

Great time!

The property was really clean and organized. Had plenty or room for our family. The area was really nice and close to the beach. Having the pool across the property was awesome. We spend the evenings after getting back from the beach right at the pool. I would definitely rent again if available on my next vacation time. Thank you Steve for the opportunity!

Great condo and location

Once Sabrea took over, I was getting proactive and quick responses. Changed my opinion immediately for the better. Through VRBO, I didn’t know I had to sign a contract nor submit an ID. Not a problem, however I found the contract in my Spam email. Therefore I wasn’t expecting one. Nevertheless, Sabrea saved the day and made the stay enjoyable. Minor maintenance and dirt problems existed, but resolved quickly. We’ll be back.

Great Location, Poor Cleaning

When we arrive there was hair in the bathrooms, stains on the kitchen towel and table cloth. We also had a chip fall out of a bath towel, and trash left on the window ceil. Otherwise the house was really great. It had everything we needed and got our family well.
