We love to go to the beach but where I live the beaches are so cold then we decide to take a chance to come to Florida to enjoy tropical weather and whenever we have a chance. Florida has long beaches from North to South and from left to right. You can find a lot of fun within short distance drive to nice and warm beach, shopping and stores including parks.
Baby need such as high chair, pack and go, bathtub are upon request. Please let me know if you need them before booking not after.

Back yard of the house next to Florida street you will be expected traffic noise if you be outside.
Street is only on lane for each way.

The POOL is heated run from 11 A.M To 7 P.M without HOT TUB (no request will be accepted of any change pool system)
Maximum heat up to 85 F degree.
Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently as long as the outside temperature remains above the 55-60ºF range
Be aware of pool system is control by app and camera 24/7 by host.
Swim at your own risk (Pool only without Hot Tub) No exceptions

Great for kids road noice can be a problem

The home was very clean and is great for kids. Pool is nice but to be clear THE HOT TUB IS NOT HOT/OPERABLE. The road noise behind the home (by the pool) can be excessive at times. We were unable to take showers back to back because the hot water would run out. Ice maker on freezer did not work owner stated that would be looked at after our stay. Home is monitored by a doorbell camera and a security camera in the front.

Thank you for your response but No Hot tub and house has street I did mention some where in listing. Any short term rental must has cameras outside for security. We do not have camera inside the pool as you said. 2 camera just face to the yard only and in front of the door that is normal. Your details on review is not true at all. The ice machine is working as normal just because you left it open and it built up ice over the night. Ice was still inside. I had hosted my family and friends over a dozen people and never see it running out hot water. In the conclusion, cameras are for security purposes and to protect guests and the host (cameras are in the front door/parking and left and right back yard…..no cameras inside pool cage or no cameras inside the house). Sounds like we have cameras to secure our house and this makes you could Not archive what you wanted then you created things and make up stories. Thank you, Angela

Absolutely stunning

We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon. This home is so beautiful and comfortable, we cut out some of our plans in order to stay in and enjoy it. Every inch of the home was sparkling clean. Every furnishing was comfy and inviting. Every decorative touch added beauty and class, while not taking away from the inviting aura the home has. Everywhere you look there was something that added comfort or convenience. Large tv had amazing picture quality, pool was sparkling clear, i just cant say enough about how amazing this home is. Our host Angela was quick to respond, freindly, and helpful. Very pleasant to deal with. The only negative was the spa whirlpool was not operational, although listed under the amenities in the ad, and we did not find out until the day before. However, the overal positive experience FAR outweighed our disappointment in that. Highly, highly recommend this home.

No Dog and kind of pet are allowed to get in the house. We will cancel your reservation without refund or fine $1000 for violation and due to host's health problem.
$1000.00 per reservation no more than 10 days period and fee charge for clean up and set up but guest have to inquiry before make reservation so we can add fee on before you finish and pay.

Welcome to our gorgeous three bedrooms two full bathrooms with HEATED POOL and tropical themed decorations inside the house! Featuring three queen one king size, and a sofa beds! The house is fully fenced.
Heat pool with no Hot Tub start from 11:00 A.M to 7 P.M daily.
Maximum heat up to 85 F degree.
Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently as long as the outside temperature remains above the 55-60ºF range
Toys in the pool are subject to change due to damage and change to new one.

Please do not adjust or temper with the pool heating system.
Resort Fee is cover for POOL HEAT.
POOL is service every Tuesday.
Landscape come every Monday or Tuesday.

Behind the house is street there is some traffic noise. Please be aware of information is best describe our place and working condition of the POOL.

Duvets on the beds are subject to change every time guest come and go. If you see pictures on listing the color of duvets will be different please do not surprise that is the reason why.
Recording Cameras 24/7 for security purpose (No camera inside the house and inside the the pool or any private area.)
