Five minute walk to two access points on the beach. Located on the quiet east end, within walking distance of the beach, lagoon, fishing, restaurants, Saint Andrews State Park, marinas, & boat ramps.
Two story home with upstairs living space. Three bedroom, two and a half bath in 1710 sq.ft. Fenced backyard with tetherball, partially enclosed outdoor shower (limited nine gallon, solar heated) and fire pit. Exterior is well lit for safety. We always offer complimentary early check-in/late checkout when available!
LAYOUT: Front door opens to a landing between first and second floor. Downstairs there are two bedrooms/one (tub/shower combo) bathroom with separate laundry area. Upstairs you will find the living/dining/kitchen/master bedroom with bath (master has tiled shower and bidet attachment) and a half bath. All bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans, blinds, and blackout curtains.
SLEEP: We only use 100% cotton sheets. 800 and 400 thread count. Two bedrooms feature king size beds. One bedroom has a pair of twin size beds. Two comfortable, heavy duty sleeping cots can be used in any room or living area. Two-six inch foam/spring mattresses are available to use on cots if needed for extra comfort. Size of the cot mattresses are listed as “narrow twin.” Cots are located in a closet just outside the master bedroom upstairs. Extra blankets/pillows/luggage rack/hangers in all bedroom closets.
WATCH: Wall mounted Roku TVs or smart tvs with Roku sticks in each bedroom and living area- use guest mode (instructions in house) to access your favorite accounts. DVD player and dvd movies (shark themed movies and various genres!) are available in the living room. Card and board games (dining room) and books (downstairs bedrooms) are available for use. If you don’t finish your book, take it with you!
BEACH: We are a FIVE minute WALK to the beach! We provide a large family size beach canopy/shade tent and/or beach umbrella, rolling cooler, folding chairs, beach towels, beach cart, and a few beach/sand toys. We even have a sled so you can transport everything more easily when you hit the sand.
BABY/TODDLER: On site, we always have a Pack N Play with sheets and mattress pad, folding high chair, potty chair, baby gate, and outlet covers (kitchen drawer) for you to use as needed with no additional charge. Look in the master bedroom closet for these items.
SUPPLIED: We provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap needed during your stay. We provide a variety of OPEN/shared oils, condiments, and seasonings in the well equipped kitchen for guests who don’t want to buy these items for a short stay. The jars in the pantry have flour, corn meal, and sugar. We understand that sometimes people get in late after stores and restaurants have closed and we don’t want anyone to go hungry. We stock quick meals that you can prepare if needed. We also leave our guests a generous “starter” selection of hot beverage (teas, variety of kcup coffees/decaf/cappuccinos, half and half, sweeteners, and hot cocoa packets) choices! We have a kcup coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker with filters so if you have a favorite, you can bring your own brand.
FIRE: We provide a fire pit/firewood. Please follow rules/guidelines. Skewers (in kitchen) are provided for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. There are four chairs around the fire pit and there’s an outdoor table/4 chair set with umbrella (please keep umbrella closed on windy days or when not in use) that seats four. There’s a gas grill on the balcony off the living space- we provide propane.
OUTDOOR SHOWER: Partially enclosed. Nine gallon solar heated water for shower but not attached to hot water source. With the exception of winter, water is generally a comfortable temperature. Castile Soap supplied for outdoor shower. You will find a clothesline in the outdoor shower area to hang beach towels and swimwear.
PLAY: Garage Game Area (with three speed, wall mounted fans with pull chains) with table/two chairs.

If for any reason we have to make a drastic changes, the description will be altered and all bookings will be notified.
*** Please note that setting air below 68 and/or leaving a door/window open too long WILL ice up the air conditioner and cause it to stop cooling. If you leave doors and windows closed, you should not have this experience. We are proactive if you experience any issues and our goal is that you always have a wonderful experience when you stay at Tides That Bind!
NOTE: Any guest arrival that exceeds max guest capacity OR is not included in the reservation is subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
ALL PETS MUST BE DISCLOSED. Any pets that have not been approved is subject for immediate eviction of reservation with no refund. Hosts try to accommodate special requests. Please crate unattended pets and if you have a pup with separation anxiety or a barker, please be respectful of neighbors. DOG BREED RESTRICTIONS per insurance: AKITAS, AMERICAN BULLDOGS, CHOW CHOWS, DOBERMAN PINCHERS, MASTIFFS, PIT BULLS, ROTTWEILERS, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIORS, WOLF HYBRIDS OR ANY MIX THEREOF.
No smoking, vaping, use of illicit drugs anywhere on the premises. Please do not use fire pit on windy days and do not leave open flames unattended. Early check in and late check out are not guaranteed but offered if available.
Garage parking prohibited without prior approval. We may approve other uses on a case by case basis so please ask. Motorcycle friendly.
Please respect neighbors and noise ordinances. No house parties. No commercial video or photography on premise.
We do our very best to accommodate any special requests. Please avoid additional fees, respect rules, and communicate. Additional guests not disclosed will be charged at the rate of $150/day. Pets not disclosed will be charged the pet fee.
PLEASE NOTE: I have a ring doorbell (I don’t record this front doorbell camera) and use it to assist trouble checking in via live feed if needed however there is a camera that is over garage that covers the entire front of house. It records 24/7 and it motion activated. There are NO cameras anywhere else on property. NO cameras anywhere inside or directed towards backyard. We believe you are entitled to privacy in those areas. Please DO respect neighbors and noise ordinances.
*** Property is always inspected (checklist maintained along with photos/video) by an owner before each guest. It’s always possible that we could miss something so please, if you notice anything broken or not up to your standards, please allow us the opportunity to make it right.

Amazing stay
Your home was perfect. Check in process was simple and every detail is considered for your guests. The online guest streaming was very cool as to how it already had the dates of my stay and would log me out of everything when I leave. The home was immaculate and so clean. Extra supplies and emergency notes were very impressive and made me feel right at home. I will definitely recommend this home to all of my friends and family if they visit PCB. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation spot!

Five minute walk to the beach! Walk to restaurants, lagoon, or St. Andrews State Park. Our east end of the beach is Lower Grand Lagoon and we are considered Bay County Unincorporated- outside of city limits. It’s usually a quiet neighborhood. We enjoy a beautiful sea breeze most days (not guaranteed) and many neighbors love walking, riding bikes, and driving golf carts in our area. We have a neighborhood watch group and a nice mix of locals, vacation homes, and long/short term renters.
