Spectaculaire condo Market Street Inn à Baytowne Wharf Village!

LE PLUS GRAND 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain à MARKET STREET INN au dernier étage! Ceci est un grand condo unique (1278 pieds carrés) avec deux balcons. Notre condo est entièrement mis à jour et décoré dans le dernier style côtier et offre une vue sur la piscine tropicale et l'entrée du quai de Baytowne. Ceci est une découverte très rare dans Sandestin Resort. Le salon ouvert est doté de carrelage en bois flotté et d'un accès au balcon avec vue sur l'entrée de Baytowne Wharf. Une cuisine mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit, une belle dosseret, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un comptoir-repas est adjacente à la salle à manger. La spacieuse suite parentale dispose d'un balcon privé avec vue sur la piscine tropicale et comprend une salle de bain principale adjacente avec une baignoire et une douche séparée. La deuxième chambre spacieuse comprend deux lits doubles, une grande commode, un grand espace de rangement et une salle de bains attenante. Les deux chambres disposent de grandes télévisions à écran plat mises à jour.

Clean, amazing pool and amenities just steps from the room. Felt very private but still close to everything. The beach was just a golf cart ride away. So much to do that we didnt get to do it all but definitely had a blast!

The location couldn’t have been more convenient; everything we needed was just a short ride away. Speaking of which, the golf cart was a total game-changer — it made getting to the beach super easy!The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth from start to finish. Convenient to pool and shops, but not the beach

PROS: Nice condo, close to dining, shops and pool. Pool was spacious, nice and not too crowded. CONS: Beach was hard to get to on tram. We ended up giving up one day altogether because it took so long both ways. I wish it was in the email that you would not be able to get in even one min early. We waited 15 mins outside the door to get in the condo. I understand not arriving too early, but no grace period at all. I never had this issue with other rentals.

Thank you for reviewing our condo, Ashley! You brought up some great points that we would like to address. You can access the beach by car or the free tram service. June and July months are very busy and sometimes there is a wait for the tram. As far as the entry code, due to extra cleaning chores due to the virus, we need extra time to clean and would need to know if you arrive early for check in. You can call us anytime and we can give a temp code.. Also, we reset the security code for every guest as some others may not provide that service.

We’ve stayed in many Baytowne Wharf condos and this is the only one that I felt truly at home and comfortable. We rented it because of the 6 passenger golf cart and got so much more. There’s a view of the bay and some of the town off the livingroom porch and off the master bedroom, there’s a view of the pool. Even with all the hustle and bustle outside, it was very quiet. Beds are so comfortable. There’s not a pantry in the kitchen but tons of closet space with shelving for food. The pictures online don’t do it justice. We are very happy with our stay and will stay here again soon.

Spacious!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are huge and the unit was perfect for us. It was nice being so close to shops and restaurants. And the beach is a short tram ride away. The pool is really nice as well. I also really enjoyed jogging around the whole community on the great walking trails. All in all the vacation was a success!

Owners were amazing and communicated immediately when I had a question. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Loved having two full-size beds in the guestroom. Steps to Baytowne wharf and the Baytowne convention center. Overall great experience!

The location of the property was great was able to see the bay from the balcony. The interior was clean and neat, king bed was very comfortable. The only issue was that there where eggs still left in the fridge and the were expired and there were left behind items in the master bedroom bathroom vanity
