Beautiful Big Lake Front House W/gorgeous lake views

Please note: We have a property manager right next to the unit and these minor issues could have been addressed immediately if we were notified but nothing was said during the visit. We are on lake side so parking is only for 4 cars max. House is literally on the water and not much land on lake side, but you have unbelievable views being right on the lake. Cleaning has never been an issue with our cleaning crew. We are super host because we take a lot of pride in cleaning. Outside decks are wiped down every clean but you are on the lake where bugs are hard to manage at different times a year. We spray for bugs every other week to minimize this. Air conditioners are cleaned and sanitized every clean and this is not an issue. Someone did break the upstairs AC unit push button/door in bathroom and are on order to be replaced. Sink drain not an issue...someone just manually put the drain to close and that's why it didn't drain. Just need to pull drain to an open position. We supply 1 towel for everyone staying in the house. There are Flashlights and Battery lanterns in the house and were put in different location, so people didn't find them when we lost power when storm came through.

Len never reached out to me during his stay or I would of fixed his very minimal problems. Not sure why Len gave us 2 stars instead of 5. We are on Air BNB also and have never had a bad review!! Always 5 stars!! The lake house is outstanding and I promise everyone would love it!!

It would have been helpful if Joelle had contacted me during her stay regarding these concerns. My property manager lives right next door and is available to address any minor issues immediately. We consistently maintain a very clean home and rarely receive complaints from guests. Regarding the deck, it is only five years old and is structurally sound. Because the property is directly on the water, the deck naturally weathers more quickly, which can make it appear older than it is. We do not have a lawn, so I believe the comments about weeds likely refer to the neighboring property rather than ours. I personally bring my three dogs to the lake house every time I visit and have never experienced any issues with their safety or with them using the yard. Additionally, the road has a 30 mph speed limit and is regularly monitored by the state police, so traffic is generally slow and well controlled. I wish these concerns had been brought to my attention during the stay so they could have been addressed immediately, rather than only after checkout.

Thanks for the response. We have stairs right to our dock for easy access to the lake. It is a lake front house right on water you can’t get any better access. Lydia I understand maybe hard for 80+ years olds. I have 3 young children 3,5 and 7 and it definitely is completely safe for children. Kids absolutely love the dock and lake house! Furniture on deck has been updated today. Thank you!! Dereck
