Cozy, clean, renovated home with 4BR, 3 bath, open kitchen with two dining areas, 2 car garage, backyard and a deck! Located in the Southpark/Cotswold area of Charlotte, minutes from downtown Charlotte and located near a ton of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and peaceful. Pets are more than welcome! Three smart TVs included. Lastly, the property is cleaned thoroughly before each stay and Lysol/anti-bacterial products are utilized as well.

Great location for family visit

Wonderful, clean, large house which was perfect for our Thanksgiving family visit! Close to lots of fun things to do for the holiday weekend! Host was very responsive with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

I'm sorry you didnt have a good experiance. For others viewing this review, I did offer her another clean upon her arrival, for free. Also, a highly reputable cleaning company and pest control company service the house. These are not typical issues at the property and won't be an issue in the future. Thanks again for your stay!

The property was perfect. Gave us space for hybrid work and was a great walking distance from shops and restaurants allowing for a healthy walk in lieu if driving to Cotswold or Strawberry Hill. Excellent location

Beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac (Randolph at the rear of the house is busy but didn’t bother us.) Great location to activities. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for a family to gather or retreat for some down time. Trey was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

this was my husband, me and our adult kids+1,mother-in-law, and brother and sister-in-law. It is a spacious house, with nice kitchen and living areas. Very clean. Host was very responsive. We had what we needed. One quirky thing about the layout: 4 bedrooms, all upstairs, with 2 1/2 baths upstairs. None of the bathrooms are accessible from the hall, one has to go through a bedroom to get to a toilet and a sink, or go downstairs. We worked it out, but there may be some circumstances where this would be inappropriate. Overall we had a great time!

When we arrived at 12 midnight, the front door was wide open. Very scary. The front door did not close tightly. Neither door handle or the additional lock were lined up with the door jam so neither latched securely with maximum security. We can understand why the cleaning people left and the door blew open. We had no heat downstairs and we woke up to 27 degrees outside. The conditions were not what we expected based on the photos on line. The kitchen was hardly useable considering there were limited pots and pans…don’t expect to drink from a glass, they are all plastic. The toaster did not work. The kitchen trash can was growing its own bacterial experiment, the trash bins outside were filled to the brim, garbage and crap in the garage, heat upstairs (oh by the way, Trey forgot to tell us) has to be turned on and off regularly to work, The second sink in the largest bedroom was clogged upon arrival. The lighting was dim and wires exposed in the kitchen chandelier. No kitchen island stools to sit at (as were represented in the online photos) and the family room was nothing like what was pictured online.. Overall Trey was a bully and basically told us to deal with it or leave. Dewayne was great, he was the handyman that came over and helped with the issues at the home. Thank you for the space heaters Dewayne!

Overall good but with some caveats

Overall the house was spacious and accommodating but not for 8 older adults. Three of the bedrooms were fine but one has no access to a bathroom except thru another bedroom. Fine for children and young people. but our group, it was disappointing that some had to go downstairs to get to a bathroom. Also the glassware supply is very skimpy. And there weren't enough paper products for 2 nights. Nothing was a showstopper. The house is in a great location close to lots of stores and restaurants. We managed easily but felt the house should have supplied more basics.

Not as pictured

This is a beautiful home, with plenty of room. The downside is none of the pictures accurately reflect the furniture with each room. The master bedroom has no sitting area, only one nightstand and one lamp. The same holds true for the other bedrooms, completely different furniture very minimal set up. The living room furniture is brand new and nice. There are no wine glasses or glassware in the cabinets, only plastic cups, and plates. There are minor fix-it issues throughout the house and front bushes and vines are overgrown (Again, not as pictured). The management company was responsive to questions but it doesn’t change how the rental property is listed.

Needs some TLC

Let me start by saying this is a nice, spacious home. However, the photos in this listing do not represent its current furnishings or the upkeep of the yard. The landscaping was so over grown we had to walk around tree limbs and over growth of ivy. The key to the front door is in an old lock box that took two of us to open. We had a group of people so having one key was a little inconvenient when coming and going especially when the lock box was hard to use. The interior of the home was clean but had a closed up musty smell. We ended up buying air freshener and opening windows to clear it out. The light fixture above the kitchen table was not fastened to the ceiling and many light bulbs were burnt out. Kitchen was stocked with only the bare necessities (no wine glasses, blender, toaster, etc) and dishwasher pods/liquid not provided. There was one extra garbage bag and paper towels provided. Finally, no toiletries are provided in the bathrooms so make sure you bring your own. The bathroom towels looked well used but were clean. Overall, the home provided us with the very basic needs for the weekend. The location was good and neighborhood was quiet. I just wish the home was better cared for and the photos were accurate.

Needs work

The first impression when we saw the property: It looked like a vacant property. The grass hadn't been cut in a month, the landscape had overgrown the driveway, front door and front of the house. The palmetto bugs love it as we saw them scurry under the dishwasher when we turned on the light. The house had not had a good cleaning in a long time. While doing my morning stretches, I happened to look under the living room sofa and saw dirt was about an inch thick, gross! One of the king beds had a pile of food crumbs when we turned back the sheets. The cold air return filters are black. Many things did not work, several lights, the washing machine, and the garage door for example. The front door knob is about to fall off and the faucets on both sinks in the jack and jill bath are completely loose. The upstairs air conditioner unit was not adjustable. If you tried to adjust it by one degree, it would shut down. If you turned it off and back on, it would run continuously. If the temp was set to 70 degrees it could be 62 degrees and it would still be running. The house is in a great location and it could be a 5 star house but it's not being maintained properly.
