Gorgeous waterfront pool home sleeps 6. All boaters will enjoy the quick access to Lemon Bay ICW with NO bridges . Dockage is available for a 30 foot power boat. Huge backyard includes large screened in Pool with plenty of loungers & tables for all. Enjoy the Sunset cove firepit area seating and keep your eyes open for our favorite Manatee and the birds,here is plenty of seating to enjoy the water view- keep your eye open for Manatees and otters. Its the perfect place to enjoy the Sunset. A short boat ride or car ride to the beaches both Manasota Key & Boca Grande are within minutes. You can enjoy shopping and dining on either Island. Didn't bring a boat- you can rent one or take the Rum Bay Ferry over to Rum Bay restaurant on Palm Island and if you are lucky enjoy the dolphins, with a short walk thru Mangroves to an excellent restaurant and bar- Indoors or outdoor dining.. You can walk to 5+ restaurants and bars from our home. . Some of our favorites are Ken & Barbs, Larrys Lunch Box(right next door), Coffee & friends breakfast, Parasio Mexican Bar & Grill, New Faull in for great food and pizza. Cedar Point environmental park is just a short walk away with lots of fun activities and great walking trails . Inside your home there is plenty of room with a 1.Queen bedroom 2.King bedroom which is also connected via sliding door to a 3rd 2- twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is not under air unless King slider is left open between the two rooms- it does have a ceiling fan and it is insulated.. Only time sliding door should need to be left open between rooms is the warm summer months. Pool can be heated for $150 per week after booking. You can rent both sides A and B for truly amazing experience. Side B Vrbo

Perfect location for a boat. Loved the house and games. Outside area was beautiful and our kids loved the fire on a cold night in November. The host was great with communication.

Grove City

Great location. Loved the pool and dock for boat. Huge outdoor area with tons of seating. Well stocked with everything needed. Great host would stay again!

Southern Comfort

The cleanliness and attention to detail were amazing and the unit was very well supplied. The owners were extremely attentive to our needs and very responsive. Having a problem with the tv we were very surprised to have a new one installed the very next day. The location was perfect for us with five restaurants within walking distance and beaches just a short drive away.

Perfect spot for our family

This place was so perfect for our family! My daughter loved swimming in the pool, and my son stayed fishing on the dock. We were able to park our families boat there in the canal and it was so nice and convenient to be able to get right out on the water without all the fuss of the trailer and driving somewhere. A short boat ride up to Stump Pass made for a very easy beach trip. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, tons of seating outdoors for dinner, and evening sofas with the fire. We grilled out several nights and had family over for dinner with plenty of space outdoors. The home had everything we needed, and was very nicely decorated. The location was great as well. Paddle boarding out into the bay was lovely, and we rode bikes up and down the road and at the nearby Chuck and Ann Devers park. The grocery store was just a couple minutes away and there were three or more restaurants within a five minute walking distance from the house. Victoria was very nice and responded quickly. The only time I contacted her was to request to extend our stay longer because the place was so great. Thanks again for sharing this sweet spot!

Sunshine & More

This was an excellent VRBO experience! Property was exactly as described and my mother and I enjoyed our time from rental to completion. We needed to check in on her house and take in the sunlight and seafood—and we did!! Would do it all over again!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Your vacation home is made for outdoor fun and relaxation . NO damage to home from the hurricane but the inside did get a face lift and all new furnishings, bedding and decor. Get some Sun and lounge by the extra large pool, play a game or two of corn hole or grab your fishing pole and fish off the dock. If you bring your boat from your dock you can be in Lemon Bay Intercoastal in just a couple minutes and there are NO bridges. You can explore Manasoa Key and Stump Pass, Don Pedro Island or Boca Grande and more ! Plenty of delicious restaurants and bars within walking distance. When the sun is setting or before head to the backyard Sunset Cove gas fire pit area for spectacular sky views. Its a great time to start your evening off with a cocktail and watch your vacation home turn magical as the cafe string lights automatically turn on. This area truly is paradise.
