Détendez-vous et profitez de notre merveilleuse vacances Piscine Accueil idéalement situé sur la côte du Golfe de la Floride avec de nombreux restaurants, magasins et commodités, à seulement quelques minutes.

Notre maison est entièrement climatisé pour votre confort. La Chambre des maîtres avec salle de bain privée et double vasque surplombe la magnifique région de piscine par des portes coulissantes en verre. La 2ème chambre comprend un lit queen size, tandis que la 3ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux, tous à dormir totale de six (6) confortablement.

Notre grand salon spacieux et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas donnant sur la piscine privée à travers des portes coulissantes en verre et crée une atmosphère paisible et relaxante. Tout en flânant sur la véranda de la piscine, vous trouverez des chaises longues, d'un coin salon pour manger et un gril à gaz pour votre confort et de commodité.

Région du Golfe Côte de Notre Floride, aussi connu comme la Côte Nature propose de nombreuses attractions locales une courte distance en voiture. Juste pour en nommer quelques-uns sont Weeki Wachee (la maison des sirènes), Buccaneer Bay Water Park, lamantins à Homosassa Springs Pine Island Beach, le tout dans un environ 10-15 minutes où vous êtes sûr de capturer un coucher de soleil magnifique ou d'un grand journée à la plage.

Si vous souhaitez vous aventurer plus de Spring Hill, vous pouvez être intéressé par des attractions telles que Disney World Orlando (env. 70 milles), Busch Gardens Tampa (env. 50 milles), Clearwater Beach (env. 47 milles), Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks (env . 37 milles), et les célèbres Hudson, restaurant de plage de Sam (17 milles) où regarder un beau coucher de soleil ensemble de la musique live et la bonne nourriture ont été une icône depuis les années 80.

Amazing House

Don’t pass this place up! Centrally located near Weeki Wachee, Crystal River, Tarpon Springs and Gulf of America. House was clean & organized with a well stocked kitchen, bathrooms with ample room and towels. The pool area was wonderful and where we spent 90% of our time. Saltwater pool, tv, ceiling fans, lounge chairs and a huge table for outdoor dining. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Beds were clean, comfortable and no fear of not having a good night sleep . Absolutely will be staying here again, in fact planning next year’s trip here already!!

Its nice but a little tired. Needs a lick of paint here and there. I feel that there's also a lack of instruction on somethings. Eg....took me ages to work cooker and microwave.. single beds were very uncomfortable. Otherwise nice property.

Spring Hill Pool House

In the 40+ years we have been renting in Florida, the pool and pool area is one of the best! The kitchen was very well equipped and the house was clean. We would stay there again.

Great little getaway !

We came to town for a wedding at Southern Hills golf course. It was beautiful, as was our stay at the house. We primarily spent our time in the pool area, enjoying the peaceful backyard. I have family in the area, so I will definitely come back here again. Tina made the rental process very easy, and responded very quickly to our questions.

From the moment we arrived to the last minutes we were there everything was wonderful. Everything we needed was available it was a great relief to be able to just relax and not worry. This house was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that I would recommend is replacing the outdoor carpet by the pool area.

Best VRBO rental we've ever had!

Where to start? This rental is as exactly how it's listed. Even after a day spent at the beach, our kids couldn't wait to get back in the private pool. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with quality cookware; we found plenty of towels and linens. Having access to a garage was a definite plus, especially considering that Hurricane Elsa passed through while we there! Tina answered all our questions in a timely manner, and there was no delay in the return of our safety deposit. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. Should we vacation in the Tampa area again, we'll definitely be back!

Great Stay

I stayed at this property for a month with family. The house was better than I expected. It was super clean and well taken care of. The pool is lovely and heated. The house is well appointed with everything that is needed in the kitchen, all linens and towels. It was well situated to all shopping, Homosassa Springs, Hernando Beach and Weeki Wachee. Disney and Universal are about 2 hours away, but we were there to relax around the pool and check out the local sites. Tampa airport is less than an hour away. I cannot say enough good things about how comfortable I was in this house. I was impressed with the comfort of the beds, the large ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom and how clean everything was when we arrived. The neighbourhood is lovely. I was sorry to leave.

ON-LINE AD ERROR!

Ad said children allowed and did NOT specify that pets were NOT. This caused a serious misunderstanding between us and the owner, who would allow us to stay with our dogs for an additional $2,000.00. So we left four days early, and cleaned before we left, leaving the home dleaner than we found it.

Family Vacation Spring Hill

We got to the house at exactly 4pm check-in and the code given by the management team was incorrect. Luckily the owner had a ring camera and talked us through it with his code! We were in the house! The home was very open and spacious and we immediately unpacked and got in the pool! Pool without heat was about 84 degrees and refreshing in the Florida summer heat! We went to Pine Island for a beach day and was surprised how close it was! Also went to Weeki Washee and it was only a 15 min ride! House was stocked with many towels which was nice because kids used a lot of them! The lightning storms in the afternoon were amazing and I took lots of pictures and videos! Check-out time was 11am but the management team showed up at 10am Felt kind of rushed leaving! Thank you for an amazing trip! I would definetly rent this house again!

Beware..

Don't even know where to begin on this... We Stayed here for a month until our house closing...First off the neighborhood is scary.. forclosures and abandoned houses all around. the neighbor told me about arrests all around the house recently. Dont let the pics fools you - they are very old. The place is not landscaped as shown, and there is no golf course behind... it looks like an overgrown cow pasture. During our stay here, we killed about 15 roaches, 4 giant spiders, and several hundred ants that were daily crawling all over our dishes and kitchen area. One morning my dog greeted me while chewing on a giant poisonous roach killer he must have found under the bed. The carpets are a 1960's lime green, covered with stains. While staying here the following occured: Pool filter system broke down, AC unit broke down twice which cause a huge leak in a spare bedroom. The entire room had to be torn apart and made it un-usable. I had to pay the AC guy until the owner sent me a check. After we left, the owner - that lives in Maine - called me an idiot on the phone and suggested that I didnt tell him soon enough about the leak, which is a lie. I was in constant contact with him letting him know every issue.. Trust me, I read these reviews all the time and I know its hard to dig through the truth... but my wife and I, as well as our 6 month old baby did not enjoy the contstant fear of wondering when the next bug was crawl on us.. during our stay, our baby woke up with 2 bugs bites. Upon leaving we were accused of putting a big scratch on wood floor (not true) and causing him to have to replace carpet that the AC leak ruined (not true). I could go on and on... If you are used to a certain standard of living, this is clearly not the place for you.

We chose to purchase a home in Spring Hill because we have always lived a very, laid back lifestyle, and do not enjoy the hustle and bustle of a big city. Spring Hill, however, in addition to being extremely private residentially, also has great places to shop and eat within a very short distance from our home. Also we just love the afternoon sun and gulf coast breezes while sitting on the lanai, and enjoying the pool.
