Very clean, great size, and perfect Disney distance

Heated pool was wonderful during our late February stay. There is some traffic issues on the street to get to the house, but the house itself was great.

First family vacation in 45 years

I have been to this property before and loved it then. When planning our family vacation, I searched for this property and was so happy to see it was available. It was the right size for our family. Great location and very clean. Still upset we didn’t see the resident alligators my father loved watching all the birds and turtles.

Home away from Home..

Such a wonderful place to stay...close to all amenities, Publix, gas stations, pizza stores, everything...Room for the entire family to enjoy themselves....The pool was fantastic, PLUS we saw the small gator in the lake behind the house...We also were able to see the SpaceX rocket as a ball of fire, rise above the trees from the pool deck at night.....Great place to call home..

Short notice rental

We had to book a house on short notice and the owners responded immediately. We loved the location and the detailed instructions throughout the home. When we're back in the Orlando area, we will definitely book the house again. Hopefully, we will get the opportunity to see the shy alligator.

Comfortable Home with Character

I've stayed in multiple places in Florida and have finally found the home I'll return to. In fact, I re-booked this home for our summer trip before leaving my winter vacation. It's comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Working with the owners for details/payments was a breeze. They were fast/responsive and friendly. The home itself is in a gated community, it has a nice pool, plenty of space, and the furniture is comfortable. If you've been to a rental that has stiff furnishings, you'll appreciate this comment! I've found my "go to" home for my future Disney trips. Thanks so much for opening your house - we really enjoyed it. We'll be back in a few months!

Convenient, comfy, relaxing

Just what my 3 sons and I needed. We enjoyed our stay. My boys and I loved the pool. This place was comfortable and convenient to WDW. Excellent communication in advance of our arrival and at the house as well. Hope to be back again soon!

Awesome Stay!

The owners took the time to make the stay feel like a home away from home. Linens, pots, pans, and toiletries were provided. Clear directions were given for all items. The home is comfortable and was a great fit for the nine of us. It only took about 30 minutes to get to Disney and Universal and the pool was a welcome plus. We can't wait to stay again!

Great Stay

My overall experience was incredible; my kids enjoyed the pool. Some of the things that we could not pack were there for us to use. My kids was bombed not to see the alligator (from afar) but happy to see a big raccoon. Thanks so much, and I will come back here in the future.

Lovely 4th July Weekend

My family and I was looking a place to pass this long weekend in a big house with pool and Kim & Wendie have this comfortable house for this. With all this situation of COVID-19 we were looking to spend time all the family together enjoing in the pool. We were 6 adults and 4 kids, all of us slept in a comfortable bed and enjoy all the house. We made a BBQ and saw the fireworks from the pool area. The house was very clean and with everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool/air hockey table. The temperature of the pool in this season is great, you don't need the heater. We didn't go to the parks but you have all you need to buy very close.

Great experience for this weekend. Great for a family trip. Pool was great, check in process was easy with an access code, AC was excellent. Only complaint would have to be the WiFi is a bit slow and turns on and off occasionally. Other than that, excellent experience. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you

Family Vacation We Will Never Forget

Everything with the home was amazing. Our family enjoyed it very much. We had enough space to spend time together as well as our alone time when needed. The pool was the highlight for all the adults and the kids. The only thing I can advise them is to replace the BBQ, we tried to BBQ some burgers but it was so damaged that the oil was leaking down to the propane tank so we had to turn it off to avoid a hazardous situation. Other then that thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Enjoyable Stay

Spacious and clean. 5 minute drive to well stocked supermarket, 20 min drive to Disney, on average 40/45 minutes to Universal (although we stayed during August which may have added extra time). Comfortable beds, gated neighbourhood which is generally quite quiet. Pool was warm enough in August without heating. Couple of minor issues which were sorted out in 24/48 hours.
