Waterfall Pool Villa with Private Mini Golf Course, Koi Pond, and Private Pool

Tucked away in a small, rocky-beach community, Stone Falls, a 3 bedroom + twin and double bunk bed with 2.5 bathrooms, pool villa offers privacy, views and luxury. This hidden oasis features a pool with a waterfall and a private seven hole mini golf course with an outdoor bar and gazebo area. A path behind the house leads the way across the large stepping stones that wind through a koi water garden with relaxing sounds of a waterfall flowing over the stone wall. Inside this beautiful villa is a true chef’s kitchen and a breezy open air but screened in great room with plenty of spaces to lounge. The premium outdoor living area with a BBQ grille sits just above the pool. The pizza oven on site is for decorative uses only, there can be no open flame on property.

The old world touches blended with modern design set this property apart from standard rental villas. Tropical Hardwood floors under fine art highlight the amazing ancient teak dining table and terraced gardens with orchids and tropical flowers surround this end of the road property.

Full amenity package includes Fast WIFI, AC in the three bedrooms, beach chairs and coolers, a propane grill, soft linens, Sonos system, waterfall into the pool, and a short flat walk to the community, rocky-beach parcel less than 1/10 mile away gives you access to the ocean for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, exploring and more.

Beautiful home and grounds. Super isolated and teaming with fun wildlife (we saw iguana, anoles, and so many birds just on the property, as well as the amazing koi fish). Donkey regularly walk the neighborhood, while chicken, sheep and goat troll the main road. We love animals! The pool is refreshing, the mini golf course fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside patio, with a speaker system throughout the house and patio! (Protip: download the Sonos app to hook up through Bluetooth). The main part of the house is open air, which we loved as we could hear the waterfall and wildlife from the inside. But the individual room air conditioners made sleeping on the comfy beds so nice! We found the Calabash Market had plenty for us to stock the house for breakfast and snacks. We grilled two nights but otherwise ate out around the island. Some places we went: Seaview Bistro (gorgeous views, very limited menu and they cut off brunch an hour earlier than noted on their sign and website); Johnny Limes (okay for lunch), Seaside Cantina (by Sharkys but better menu and you can still enjoy the live music); in Cruz Bay, we enjoyed the Brewery and High Tide Restaurant. Activities: we did a trike tour through the VI National Park and really enjoyed it (great views, a stop at Maho Bay for yummy tacos, and toured Annenberg Historic District). We did a private catamaran with Seas the Day (awesome snorkeling and tacos at Lime Out). Rented a cabana on Honeymoon Bay
eh. Overall, amazing stay!!

Fantastic property on the Coral Bay side of St. John. The house was everything we needed and one the kids will remember for years. The koi pins and mini golf were great features for the little ones. The host and greeters are amazing and went above and beyond to make this the perfect stay. We will definitely return to St. John and hope to stay at Stone Falls again!

Family Fun!

This is a beautiful property which suited our 3 generation family unit to a tee! We all had a blast playing mini golf under the stars at night.

Stone Falls is home away from home

Our family loved our stay at Stone Falls! From the koi pond, to the mini golf course, to the comfortable mattresses, and the soothing sounds of the waterfall on the property, we could not have asked for more. The location served us well for exploring south shore beaches, and the one minute drive to market is a plus. The layout of the house is nice for families, with the primary bedroom upstairs and the two other bedrooms downstairs with a jack and jill bathroom in between. We would love to stay at Stone Falls again!

Secluded Beauty

Secluded, private oasis. Jared- property manager is the best! He and his staff were quick to answer any /all our questions. They had insight and information for all the activities and were Very helpful. The house is furnished beautifully in high end decor. Beds & bedding are top notch. Sleeping quarters are air conditioned. Kitchen accessories are first class. Ocean views from inside & patio. Outdoor spaces are inviting & comfy. The pool is the perfect size & relaxing. Coy fish in the pond are large & vibrant. They surface often and greet you in inside/outside shower! The golf course is set up well making it surprisingly challenging & fun. This gated, landscaped oasis has all the bells & whistles. I loved it! A wonderful place to spend a St. John vacation! **it's a small island packed with the most amazing snorkeling, pristine beaches, dramatic terrain and turquoise waters. Perfect place to relax & embrace island time and its culture.
