This open concept floorplan is beautifully laid out with nautical décor. The living room is furnished with a full sized couch and a love seat, a beautiful coffee table with books and a big screen television that sits on a television stand. This is perfect for families and friends that enjoy watching their favorite shows together while spending quality time.

The kitchen flows from the living room and is furnished with a table large enough to seat ten and two bar stools at the bar. Look out at the beautiful greenery as you feast on your meal. The grey kitchen cabinetry makes this area comforting and neutral. With all stainless-steel appliances and the basic cooking essentials you need, you can whip up your favorite dish for your loved ones.

To the right of the dining area is the first bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and surf décor. There is a television in this room for your leisure. On the first floor, the bathroom is located in front of the entry door. To the left of the bathroom is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed. The Kuerig table is in the small foyer area. To the right is the final bedroom, proviuding a king bed on the Marsh side.
