Steeper driveway- snow removed with snow brush to prevent ice. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is booked.



Covered By Faith Rentals is proud to offer the Trust house. The ability to walk to St. Mary's or the Clinic is a blessing in itself. Also having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. All 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds. We have a high chair, bed rail and a pack n play for kids. We have a fan. 1 bathroom downstairs with a shower chair. There is a couch downstairs as well if you can't do steps.





The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.



There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. There is a smart TV in the master bedroom and a DVD player. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house.



There is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. There is also a full sized couch that reclines on both ends and TV with a dvd player.



Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you.



No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues.



We have been serving in the business industry since 2003. We are covered by faith and trust in Him. God has led us to this home to help you with your needs. Covered By Faith is run by a family not a cooperation. We care about you and your stay in Rochester. This house was bought site unseen except for pictures thus the name "Trust House". We Trusted in Him that everything was going to work. God's timing is what got us this house not ours.
