We booked this last minute for a business trip and it worked out really well. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location that made it easy to get around the Cape. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year renting this property and we were just as pleased as our first rental. The host is very responsive to all communications and the property is clean, very well equipped and conveniently located to beaches and points of interest. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we prepared the majority of our meals. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is surrounded by trees for privacy.

Beautiful get away for our family vacation that fell around our daughter’s national dance competition! Close to the ocean of wanted, though the space is so amazing you don’t want or need to leave!!! Would book here again if we have to travel this way!

Beautiful home in a beautiful spot. Conveniently located to Plimoth Patuxet and other attractions with the added bonus of what felt like a private lake in the back yard!! The home had room to spread out. Our family created many wonderful memories. Thank you for sharing your home!

Tranquil Stay

Beautiful property located on a pond. We visited Provincetown and the cape, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and found this to be a great central location from ferry docks and other points of interest. Highly recommend the property for anyone visiting.

Absolutely outstanding property

We all loved this house. Very clean, spacious and updated with a lot of things you’d normally need to bring already provided (sheets, pots, pans, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, etc.) Great host, beautiful location. Would most certainly stay here again.

Great stay

This house is very nice with lots of room and comfortable beds and furniture. It has everything you need and a beautiful view of the pond. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to a lot of good restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend!

The Cape in Winter

We enjoyed a restful stay on the lake this winter. The woods and lake were beautiful. The house is a short drive to restaurants and shops. Even in the off season, there was plenty to do!

Six of us (three couples) stayed in the house for a week, and it worked out really well for each couple to have a room and a bathroom to themselves. The house is indeed in a very tranquil and natural setting - we never heard or saw any neighbors, and one of the highlights of our trip was seeing (and filming!) a bald eagle landing in a tree just off the back deck, having caught a fish in the pond behind the house, and making a meal of it while sitting just 30 or so feet away from us!We made extensive use of the kitchen and BBQ grill, and while there were a couple of utensils we thought the kitchen was missing, overall the cooking and clean-up were very convenient. Also, the house was much better-stocked with essential items such as paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, etc. than most other VRBO's that our group has stayed at.Communication with the host was excellent - extremely rapid and helpful responses throughout while booking and throughout our stay.The furnishings and fixtures in the house are a bit more dated than the description implies, but they were all fully functional and more than adequate for what we needed. Finally, everyone thought the beds were very comfortable, which is always a key in a VRBO stay.
