Nice and cozy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second stay and will look forward to the next time! Great location, clean space. Access to the Beach and beach club. Also really nice pool, parking and it’s on the water so peaceful. Overall this is a wonderful place for the value.

We very much liked the property and will consider staying in this unit in the future. It was comfortable. Furniture, carpets, kitchen and such are very nice. Porch furniture was in good shape, which is not true of many units. We liked the up-to-date bathrooms with the good-sized showers. We do have a few suggestions for matters that need attention: (1) The lamp on the underside of the microwave that lights up the cooking surface of the range is not working. Presumably, a replacement lamp needs to be installed. (2) The surface of the small teflon skillet has deteriorated. When cooking scrambled eggs, multiple little black specs proliferated the eggs. We could not eat the eggs. The skillet needs to be replaced. The larger skillet is very scratched up and may be a problem also, so we never used it. (3) The door hinges on the bathroom doors are quite rusty. Those in the master bath were squeaking when the doors were opened and closed. (4) The dishwashing soap that was provided was in in a small plastic bottle labeled TERRA Breeze. Its lousy stuff. It barely soaps up when using. We suggest upgrading to a better product, perhaps a name brand. (5) The toilet paper holder in the master bath is loose and needs to be tightly secured. (6) The paint on certain doors is peeling off and the baseboards and a few other areas could use a painting update.

Plenty of space. Nice lofted ceilings. Comfortable back deck. Beds also comfortable.Place was a little outdated, but definitely fine. Back Deck could use some.

We were very happy with the rental house. There were several bugs inside so maybe get pest control out there more often. Other than that it was a good fit for us.

Nice and clean place, great bathrooms and enough kitchen space to cook/prep as needed. Large living area made it easy to spend time together as a family, but the rooms were large enough that everyone had their own space. Nice view of the lagoon at all times. There’s a bike trail out of the back of the complex that not only connects to the nature trail but also prevents you from having to cross the street to get started. That made getting around much easier! Couldn’t find running water outside which wasn’t a big deal other than rinsing off beach stuff after the ride. All in all, good value for being in Sea Pines.
