Loved this condo! We would definitely stay again! My family enjoyed staying here, it had everything we needed. The bay view is amazing at sunrise and sunset. We spent majority of our time in the kitchen, which is beautiful, or outside fishing.

Condo was perfectly situated walking distance to the entertainment district of south padre. Beautiful condo, amazing kitchen and you can’t beat the views of the bay. !

I would have given this review overall five stars, (the host and property and its location warrant that). However, our stay was sadly affected by the excessive noise coming from the family living or staying above this property. The construction sound proofing of the floors/ceilings is not effective. Clearly this is in no way is the responsibility of the owner. However our sleep and relaxation was interrupted many times because of this situation. Hopefully next time we visit the folks staying upstairs will have greater consideration for those downstairs.*

First time in South Padre Island.We always booked hotels/air bnb oceanfront,so were quite nervous in booking a property facing Laguna Madre because we don’t know what to expect. But the property looks beautiful in the photos.
If it’s your first time in the Villa, you need to read very carefully the instructions emailed to you, because finding the place can be quite tricky, we got lost for a few minutes. The condo is beautifully designed, very clean, wife is very happy because she is a neat freak. The condo is a walking distance to Gravity park, with many restaurants and food truck to choose from.
Beach is across the street, we prefer going to access 6 where we can park our car right at the beach.
We love the privacy of the place, beautiful sunset and beautiful Port Isabel’s lights at night time. Party boats passing by at night, you can really feel the summer vibe! Beautiful place and location. We would definitely book again.

A beautiful condo right on the gorgeous Laguna Madre (w/ amazing bay views) that is very nicely decorated and appointed. Everything you need to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay is available in this condo. Jan's prompt and friendly communication is the icing on the cake. We will be back! ;-)
