First off the location of this property is fantastic for the price. However, a few things we were not prepared for:- when we arrived the balcony door would come off the hinges every time you open it. Reached out to the host 3 times qnd the problem was ignored while answering other questions. So it was extremely difficult to enjoy the balcony with the beach view.-bring your own hotspot. The internet is awful.- the shower takes at least 45 min to get warm. We never had a hot shower while there.- the property is loud. The walls are thin and the other tenants play music and loud conversation till sometimes 1-2am.- on 3 different occasions, we woke up to homeless people sleeping in the car port area under the unit. -the unit was clean. No issues there. Overall you get what you pay for. Could have been worse, but I would not stay at this property again.
